NCT ID: NCT02391831 Completed - Clinical trials for Type 2 Spinal Muscular Atrophy

Prospective Study of the Natural History of Patients With Type 2 and 3 Spinal Muscular Atrophy

NatHis-SMA
Start date: May 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

NatHis-SMA is a prospective, longitudinal and interventional study of the natural history of patients with type 2 and 3 Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). The purpose of this study is to characterize the disease course over 2 years and identify prognostic variables of the disease and biomarkers of SMA progression, as well as determine the best outcome measures for further therapeutics approaches.

NCT ID: NCT02391623 Completed - Healthy Subjects Clinical Trials

A Multiple Oral Doses Study Of PF-06427878 In Healthy Adult Subjects

Start date: March 2015
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

PF-06427878 is a new compound proposed for the treatment of hyperlipidemia. The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of multiple oral doses of PF-06427878 in healthy adult subjects.

NCT ID: NCT02391116 Completed - Clinical trials for Diffuse, Large B-Cell, Lymphoma

Phase II Copanlisib in Relapsed/Refractory Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)

Start date: May 8, 2015
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

To assess the potential efficacy (in terms of objective response) of single agent copanlisib in patients with relapsed or refractory Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and assess the relationship between efficacy and a potentially predictive biomarker

NCT ID: NCT02390609 Completed - Healthy Clinical Trials

A Crossover Study to Evaluate the Bioavailability of Ibrutinib Suspension and Sprinkle Formulations Compared to Capsules in Healthy Adults

Start date: March 2015
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to assess the relative bioavailability (the extent to which a drug or other substance becomes available to the body) of ibrutinib in healthy adults following single oral dose administration of suspension and sprinkle formulations under fed and fasted conditions compared with capsules under fasted conditions.

NCT ID: NCT02390037 Completed - Aneurysm Clinical Trials

Pipeline™ Flex Embolization Device With Shield Technology™ Clinical Study

PFLEX
Start date: March 2015
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The objective of the study is to assess the incidence of safety outcomes in patients treated with Pipeline™ Flex embolization device with Shield Technology™.

NCT ID: NCT02389946 Completed - Clinical trials for Coronary Artery Disease

Safety and Effectiveness of the Orsiro Sirolimus Eluting Coronary Stent System in Subjects With Coronary Artery Lesions

BIOFLOW-V
Start date: May 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The objective of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of the Orsiro Sirolimus Eluting Coronary Stent System in the treatment of subjects with up to three native de novo or restenotic (standard PTCA only) coronary artery lesions compared to the Xience coronary stent system.

NCT ID: NCT02389426 Completed - Multiple Sclerosis Clinical Trials

Transcranial Doppler in Multiple Sclerosis

TRADOMS
Start date: December 2014
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this study is to investigate the potential of Transcranial doppler (TCD) and Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS), more simple and non-invasive bedside methods than magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), to evaluate changes in the cerebral circulation between patients with MS and control subjects.

NCT ID: NCT02389413 Completed - Alzheimer's Disease Clinical Trials

Safety and Tolerability of PQ912 in Subjects With Early Alzheimer's Disease

SAPHIR
Start date: March 2015
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of PQ912 in subjects with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) due to Alzheimers Disease (AD) or mild dementia due to AD.

NCT ID: NCT02389218 Completed - Atrial Fibrillation Clinical Trials

A Prospective Study of Medical Therapy Against Cryoballoon Ablation in Symptomatic Recent Onset Persistent AF

METACSA
Start date: March 3, 2015
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Prospective trial comparing the efficacy and safety of CryoBalloonAblation (CBA) to standardized medication for treatment of early onset persistent atrial fibrillation (AF) without structural heart disease. The value of CBA in these patients has never been studied; the endpoints for persistent patients are much easier than for paroxysmal patients. Reduction in left atrial (LA) size will be compared versus patients on drug therapy and versus failing patients.
