There are about 10460 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Australia. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the humoral immunogenicity of mRNA-1010 relative to that of an active comparator against vaccine-matched influenza A and B strains at Day 29, and to evaluate the safety and reactogenicity of mRNA-1010.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect and safety of tirzepatide in participants with obstructive sleep apnea and obesity who are both unwilling or unable to use Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) therapy in GPI1 and those who are and plan to stay on PAP therapy in GPI2.
SB102 is a randomized, double-blind, single center, placebo-controlled study in healthy adults starting with sentinel participants at each dose level to carefully assess the safety, tolerability, PK, and PD of SON-1010.
People with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) develop high blood pressure and kidney disease. Previous studies have shown that a commonly occurring chemical, nitric oxide (NO), is reduced in ADPKD, and may contribute, in part, to high blood pressure in this condition. Nitrate is found in high concentrations naturally in beetroots, and increases NO. The aim of this study is to determine if beetroot juice reduces blood pressure in hypertensive people with ADPKD.
This study is designed as a single centre, double blind, placebo controlled, randomized, SAD/FE/MAD, safety, tolerance and PK study of BMB-101 in healthy adult subjects. The study will be conducted as a 3-part study.
The objective of the study is to determine the efficacy of 7-0940 in the management of genital skin conditions in female patients
The aim of this study is to determine the feasibility of combining a lung sealant with endobronchial valves EBV in managing patients with COPD who are collateral ventilation (CV) positive. This study has two arms; arm 1 is for CV positive participants who will receive the lung sealant and EBV; arm 2 is the CV negative group who will only receive EBV as the standard management.
This is a Phase I, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, first-in-human study in which the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic of orally administered BEBT-503 will be assessed in healthy adult subjects. The study will consist of 2 parts: a SAD phase (Part A) enrolling a total of 5 cohorts of healthy subjects; a MAD phase (Part B) enrolling 2 cohorts of healthy subjects; One cohort of Part A will receive BEBT-503 under both fasted and fed conditions to investigate the effect of food
This is a Phase 1, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, single ascending dose (SAD) and multiple ascending dose (MAD) study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic of NP-011 in healthy volunteers.
An open label, randomized, dose comparison, sequential cohorts study design in healthy volunteers (young adults) is a frequently used design in vaccine Phase 1 studies. ACM-001 is developed as a booster vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 after a full primary vaccination with or without 1-2 booster doses (2 or 3 or 4 doses) schedule with any registered and commercial SARS-CoV-2 vaccines. The plan is to start with a low dosage of antigen alone, followed by a combination of antigen and adjuvant and then to progress to higher dosages to define the safety profile of the candidate vaccine as primary endpoint, and its immunogenicity as secondary endpoint.
