A total of 34 young people diagnosed with bipolar disorder (BD) and 17 psychotic disorders (PD) will be included in the study.

Comparison of Analgesic Efficacy of PENB Block With FICB in Post Operative Hip Fracture Patients

This study was done to evaluate two different interventions for postoperative pain control in patients undergoing hip surgeries. Fifty patients, divided in two equal groups, were included in the study. Patients in Group P were given pericapsular nerve group (PENG) block while those in Group F were given fascia iliaca compartment block (FICB). Pain score, using Numeric Rating scale as a measurement tool, was assessed at one, six, eighteen and twenty fours after the procedure as a primary outcome. Total tramadol consumption in milligrams was recorded as a secondary outcome.

The purpose of this study is to compare the results of single-stage anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction combined with high tibial osteotomy and anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction alone in knees with varus malalignment and anterior cruciate ligament deficiency. Evaluation will be clinically, radiologically and time needed to return to pre injury activity level. Our Hypothesis: Simultaneous anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and high tibial osteotomy provides good functional scores, low rate of graft failure and early return to pre injury activity level with minimal added morbidity.
