Filter by:A prospective, single-arm, multicenter, open-label, First-in-Human & Pivotal Study to assess the safety and efficacy of amber SEL-P in 70 patients requiring peripheral embolization: vascular anomalies, hemorrhages, aneurysms, and pseudoaneurysms, varicose veins, portal vein, hypervascular tumors, type -II endoleaks, and pathological organs. The study will be divided into two consecutive stages. Stage I will be dedicated to testing the device's safety, followed immediately by stage II, aimed to test the device's efficacy. The overall study sample will be used to assess the device safety and efficacy in all the enrolled participants.
Prospective, Open-Label, Control-group, Proof-Of-Science, Real-life Setting Clinical Safety and Efficacy Study of a Bio-Ray Knee Guard in Panelists with varicose vein and Self-Declared Knee Pain. Sample size for this proof-of-science study is kept 32 panelists aged 35 to 70 years with self-declared knee pain and varicose veins will be enrolled and 32 healthy panelists will be enrolled.
This is an observational ambispective cohort study to validate the Baveno VI guideline and develop a new diagnostic model to screen high-risk varices (HRV) of liver cirrhosis using iLivTouch.
The purpose of this clinical trial is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Medical Adhesive produced by Beijing Compont Medical Devices Co., Ltd. in the treatment of varicose veins in the lower extremities. The main questions it aims to answer is: What medical problems do participants have when using tissue glue? Researchers will compare Medical Adhesive to ClosureFast Endovenous Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) Catheter (produced by Medtronic Inc. to see if Medical Adhesive works to treat varicose veins in the lower extremities. Participants will: Treated with closed varicose veins of the lower extremity by Medical Adhesive or ClosureFast. Return to the hospital at 1, 12, and 24 weeks postoperatively for Doppler ultrasound, and at 4, 12, 24 weeks postoperatively for venous scoring.
The standard treatment of bleeding gastric varices is obliteration with placement of coil and glue. Our study will evaluate the efficacy of EUS guided coil as primary prophylaxis for high-risk gastric varices. All procedures will be performed with patient under deep sedation or general anaesthesia under the supervision of an anaesthesiologist.
The study is aimed at assessing the dynamics of changes in biochemical markers of venous wall remodeling (type 1 plasminogen activation inhibitor (PAI-1), fibronectin (fibronectin, FN), vimentin (vimentin, VM), von Willebrand factor (vWF), PECAM-1 (CD31) ) in patients with C2s-C3s varicose veins compared with healthy volunteers while taking Venarus® (diosmin in combination with hesperidin).
