A Novel Limb Cryocompression System for Prevention of Chemotherapy Induced Peripheral Neuropathy
The study aims to investigate the safety and tolerability of limb cryocompression in preventing of Chemotherapy-induced Peripheral Neuropathy via a newly developed limb cryocompression device in healthy subjects and cancer patients. The limb cryocompression device will be tested for its safety in delivering limb cryocompression and efficacy in improving the preservation of peripheral nerves during chemotherapy.

ABCB1 Single Nucleotide Polymorphism Genotypes as Predictors of Paclitaxel-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy in Breast Cancer
The study aim is to determine the allele frequencies of 1236 G>A and 3435 G>A in ABCB1 and study their association with the incidence and severity of paclitaxel-induced peripheral neuropathy while adjusting for other baseline covariates in Egyptian patients. Additionally, the study aimed at fitting and validating logistic regression models with the aforementioned SNPs evaluated in additive, dominant, overdominant, and recessive genetic models and performing diagnostics for the best model in terms of internal validity.

Effects of Whole Body Vibration on Balance, Strength, Glycosylated Hemoglobin Levels in Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy
The aim of this study is to conduct a randomized controlled trail to compare and analyze the effects of both whole body vibrator (WBV) and Tai Chi program on static and dynamic postural balance variables of the diabetic population. The purpose of the study is to determine that whether whole body vibrator is more evident for promoting functional independency and improving balance in diabetic neuropathy. Hence distinguishing choices to prevent fall and advancing functional independency by using the appropriate intervention without using extreme loads.

Proof of Principle Study Evaluating the Effects of Gonyautoxins, Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning (PSP) NEURO SERUM, on Objective and Subjective Symptoms of Chemotherapy-induced Peripheral Neuropathy (CINP)
Proof-of-concept study to assess the effects of gonyautoxins (PSP NEURO SERUM) on safety and tactile sensitivity on patients with chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN). This is a multicenter, prospective proof-of-concept study in patients with solid tumors affected by CIPN. The study will be divided into two parts: Part 1 will assess the activity and tolerability of PSP NEURO SERUM and part 2 consists of a randomized cohort that will compare the activity of PSP NEURO SERUM vs placebo. Part 2 will depend on the results of part 1. If there are less than 8 responses in part 1, the study will be interrupted, and it will not be recommended to proceed with part 2.

Study on the Occurrence of Transthyretin Amyloidosis Cardiomyopathy in Patients With Idiopathic Peripheral Neuropathy
The goal of the present study is to determine the occurrence of wild-type and hereditary transthyretin amyloidosis cardiomyopathy among patients with the diagnosis of idiopathic peripheral neuropathy in the setting of a state-of-the-art diagnostic work-up; the investigators believe that the identification of patients with ATTR-CM in this setting can contribute to the early diagnosis of a largely underrecognized condition and, therefore, offer conditions to timely initiation of appropriate therapy with impact on prognosis of patients.

A Single-Center, Single-Arm Clinical Trail Evaluating Efficacy and Safety of Duloxetine in Chinese Solid Tumor Patients With Taxanes-induced Painful Peripheral Neuropathy
The study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of duloxetine in Chinese solid tumor patients with taxanes-induced painful peripheral neuropathy. Duloxetine will be given to patients who have grade 1 or higher sensory neuropathy according to the NCI Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) version 5.0 and at least 4 on a scale of 0 to 10 points, representing average chemotherapy-induced pain, after taxanes treatment. Patient-reported pain severity, functional interference, emotion condition and quality of Life will be assessed weekly using corresponding scales. Blood samples will be collected from each enrolled subjects before the start of treatment, and the potential biomarkers in predicting duloxetine efficacy or safety will be explored by genomic profiling.

Wearable Focal Vibration for Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy
This study will perform an early Phase I feasibility study with single-arm, double-baseline repeated measured design. The investigators will test the feasibility of using focal vibration to improve symptoms of persistent CIPN.

Systemic Assessment of CIPN Risk Using Molecular Aging Trajectories
This is an observational study to discover risk factors of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) in 350 patients with early stage breast cancer undergoing taxane-based chemotherapy at two main sites (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) Hospital, including Rex Hospital, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Hospital). The primary purpose of this study to explore patient- and procedure-based variables that identify patients at risk for developing CIPN during chemotherapy.

the Application of Diffusion Tensor Imaging(DTI) in the Evaluation of Peripheral Neuropathy in Anti-neutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibodies Associated Vasculitis(AAV)
1. Include qualified 50 ANCA-associated vasculitis(AAV) patients; and the first 27 patients will be divided into 3 groups with different diffused tension image (DTI) parameters and to choose the best strategy; 2. On baseline, 6 months after treatment and 24 months after treatment, the AAV patients will accomplish the Birming-ham vasculitis activity score(BVAS) besides DTI; 3. The new serum biomarkers of AAV associated peripheral neuropathy will be measured by ELISA; (4) Another cohort with 50 patients with AAV associated peripheral neuropathy who were evaluated by traditional methods (electromyogram) and compared to the patients cohort that evaluated using DTI by cost-benefit analysis
