Many non-pharmacological treatments have been found to improve premenstrual syndromes in adolescents. Laughter yoga, one of these methods, is a practice consisting of deep breathing exercises and laughter exercises. Laughter yoga has been studied in different sample groups (elderly people, nurses, dialysis patients, etc.) and positive results have been obtained. In this study, the effect of laughter yoga on premenstrual symptoms in adolescents will be examined.
Universe of Research The universe of the research; It will consist of women and their spouses with premenstrual syndrome complaints who use social media. 3.6. Sample of the Research The number of samples of the study was composed of a total of 60 (Intervention = 30, Control = 30) participants. Criteria for inclusion in the study: - Being married and living with his wife - Being between the ages of 18-45, - The woman's ability to use a mobile phone and/or computer to receive online - The woman and her husband must be literate - The woman does not have a hearing problem that would prevent her from understanding the voice recording, 9. Scoring 110 or above on the Premenstrual Syndrome Scale 10. Having regular menstrual cycles for the last six months, 13. Having no other medical disease in the last six months, 14. Participant who does not use oral contraceptives, 16. Not pregnant or breastfeeding, 17. No history of cancer. 18. Those who do not use medical drugs to reduce premenstrual syndrome 19. Those who do not use herbal medicine to reduce premenstrual syndrome 20. Do not practice exercise, yoga, etc. to reduce premenstrual syndrome. Exclusion criteria from the study: 1. He or his spouse fills out the research survey forms incompletely, 2. Pregnancy occurs, 3. Receiving breathing exercise consultancy from another consultant during the study period Data Collection Method and Duration Descriptive Characteristics Data Form, Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) and Family Assessment Scale will be applied to the sampled women and their spouses. Data collection will continue until the calculated sample number is reached.
Abstract Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the effect of progressive muscle relaxation exercises given to women experiencing premenstrual syndrome on premenstrual syndrome symptoms and tendency to violence. Materials and Methods: The research was planned as an experimental study with a pretest-posttest control group, with female patients coming for examination at Siirt Training and Research Hospital Gynecology Polyclinics between December 2023 and August 2024. "Personal Information Form, Premenstrual Syndrome Scale and Violence Tendency Scale" were used to collect data in the study. Percentage distributions and t-test in independent groups were used to evaluate the data.

Described differently, premenstrual syndrome is a collection of physical and psychological symptoms that occur during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle and subside upon the arrival of menstruation. This definition is conditioned by the existence of a free interval of at least one week between the end of the period and the appearance of these symptoms, as well as a global impairment of functioning and quality of life for women. The impact on the personal, social, and professional lives of affected women, as well as the pain and discomfort it causes, may be perceived as insignificant or normal by women. Therefore, few women report the existence of these disorders to healthcare professionals. As the subject is not approached, these women are not taken care of even though therapeutic solutions could be proposed. This pathology affects a large number of women, but its prevalence differs greatly depending on the studies conducted on the subject, suggesting a lack of knowledge of this syndrome.

H0: Online laughter yoga has no effect on quality of life. H1: Online laughter yoga has an impact on quality of life.

Some women also turned to therapeutic approaches due to the high side effects of pharmacological treatment. One of these approaches is the aromatherapy method, which is widely used today. Aromatherapy is a therapy aimed at protecting and improving one's physical, mental and psychological health. Traditionally, aromatherapy has been used as one of the non-pharmacological methods for reducing premenstrual symptoms, releasing uterine cramps, and reducing pain and anxiety. Sage oil, with its ester components, regulates the menstrual cycle and hormonal components and alleviates climatic changes and symptoms in menopausal women. It is also recommended to use sage essential oil to reduce uterine tonics and to reduce fluid retention in the premenstrual period. In our country, no study was found in which aromatherapy was performed using sage oil in PMS. It is thought that the study to be conducted in this area will be beneficial in terms of evaluating the effectiveness of a non-pharmacological method in the treatment of PMS.
Aromatherapy is the science of using high concentrated essential oils or essences with distilled high concentration of plants to take advantage of therapeutic properties '' . Essential oils or essences are obtained from various parts of plants (root, leaf, flower, shell, fruit) and therapeutically used for physical and psychological favors. The aromatherapine is a noninvasive process and the convenience of use allows the widespread use of aromatherapy. Aromatic oils can be applied in four basic ways. These are topical (tap, compressed or bath), internal (mouthwash, vaginal or anal wick), mouth (with capsules or honey, alcohol or diluent) and inhalation (inhalation directly or indirectly, steam or vapor ) is the way . Volatile oils that can be applied in various means can reach the neocortex part of the brain directly with the links to the hypothalamus from the limbic system. As a result of the impact of aromatic oils on the central nervous system, relief, sedation or stimulating effects are formed and the energy blockage in the body is broken, due to the information stream reaching the brain with the warning of the central nervous system and the resulting energy is exposed. The improvement process is supported by its exposed energy stream in a balanced way of the relevant organs, and the state of physical and spiritual goodness is emerged. Aromatherapy is also used in the field of women's health as well as many health areas.
Yoga and progressive relaxation exercises are seen as a valuable approach for the management of PMS, which is very common in young women and has significant negative effects on academic participation, social activities and quality of life. Despite the conclusion that yoga and progressive relaxation exercises are an effective method in the treatment of PMS in a significant part of the studies in the literature, it is mentioned that the data are insufficient in terms of method and methodology and the necessity of studies that can support the results. In this study, it was aimed to determine the effects of yoga and progressive muscle relaxation exercises on menstrual symptoms, depression, anxiety and stress in university students with premenstrual syndrome.
Hypothesis: There will be no effect of the DASH diet and aerobic exercise on premenstrual syndrome. Statement of the problem: Do the DASH diet and aerobic exercise have an effect on premenstrual syndrome?
