The Influence of Personality Characteristics and Emotions on Blood Glucose Levels Among Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus Patients

The research goal is to find a correlation between patient personality characteristics, patients' mood and glycemic control. Eventually, using this information may allow treating physicians the ability to better balance glucose blood levels in patients with T1DM, by recognizing influencing psychological parameters. The conclusion from this research will add to other physiological parameters that are being studied today, and in the future will be integrated into an artificial pancreas. The investigators believe that there is a correlation that hasn't been studied in the past between personality characteristics, daily emotions and the ability to balance glucose blood levels in patients with T1DM.

Virtual Eneagram: Quality of Life, Stress and Anxiety.

The objetictive is to observe the influence of the enneagram typology on the perception of anxiety, stress and quality of life through self-knowledge directed in a virtual learning environment. The study is a clinical, primary, analytical, prospective and longitudinal study. It will be carried out in a virtual learning environment (VLE) with the collection of data obtained before and after the beginning of the training on the enneagram. The training will be divided into three online AVA modules. Casuistry: after orientations and signature of the term (Informed Consent Form), they will register on social networks where the initial information will be filled out. to outline the group. Inclusion criteria: participants of both sexes, Brazilians, over 18 years old; agree to sign the Informed Consent Form; with the desire to realize self-knowledge with the availability of time and access to the internet to hold meetings; Non-inclusion criteria: do not have previous information about the enneagram and speak the Portuguese language; Exclusion criteria: participation in work at any time; Individuals who have missed the modules and do not do the replacement later. The study is a epidemiological, cross-sectional study in a mainly rural area of Denmark in Denmark. Life expectancy is shorter, morbidity is higher, and social problems more prevalent than in the urban areas of the country. The population study aims at examining complexities of environmental, hereditary, lifestyle, and social factors as determinants and predisposing factors for morbidity, health, and quality of life. The study will cover physical, mental, and social dimensions and examine family patterns and subgroups. The study will provide baseline information for later follow-up.

Personality Bleaching

128 patients between 18 and 76 years who attended the Operative Dentistry Clinic at Dental School, Universidad de Chile, were included in the study. 58 patients were bleaching (experimental group) and 70 patients don't accepted the bleaching procedure (control group) were included in this study and signed a consent form.Experimental group Patients who agreed to be bleaching were treated with 10% carbamide peroxide (CP) gel (Whiteness Perfect, FGM) to each subject With verbal instructions for 3 weeks with daily applications of 1 hour according to manufacturers indications , before and after this procedure was applied again the NEO-FFI personality test form, had 30 minutes to answer it.Control group:Patients who refused to be bleached were administered the personality test NEO-FFI, had 30 minutes to answer it.
