Dose-finding Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, and Pharmacokinetics of SNB-101(SN-38) in Patients With Tumors

Start date: June 21, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

SNB-101 is a novel nano-particle formulation of SN-38, the active metabolite of irinotecan(CPT-11). Study SNB101P01 is a multicenter, open-label, dose escalation, phase 1 study of SNB 101 with its active ingredient SN-38, in participants with advanced solid tumors. Dose escalation will occur using a modified accelerated titration design (ATD). All participants will receive SNB 101 in different cohorts. SNB 101 will be administered intravenously to participants on day 1 and day 15 of each 28 day treatment cycle until progressive disease, unacceptable toxicity, death, or withdrawal of consent, whichever occurs first. A Safety Review Committee will determine dose escalation, de-escalation, and modification and the MTD/RP2D based on DLTs and other safety information.

NCT ID: NCT04630769 Completed - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

FT516 and IL2 With Enoblituzumab for Ovarian Cancer

Start date: April 2, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a single center Phase I clinical trial of FT516 administered intraperitoneally (IP) once a week for 3 consecutive weeks for the treatment of recurrent gynecologic cancers. As this is an early 1st in human study and the 1st intraperitoneal infusion of FT516, the safety of FT516 is confirmed prior to adding enoblituzumab as an intravenous infusion approximately 1 week prior to the 1st dose of FT516 and every 3 weeks beginning on Day 22 (1 week after the last dose of FT516). Each dose of FT516 is followed directly by an IP infusion of interleukin-2 (IL-2) to facilitate natural killer (NK) cell survival. A short course of outpatient lymphodepletion chemotherapy is given prior to the 1st dose of FT516.

NCT ID: NCT04630327 Completed - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Start date: January 13, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Depression and anxiety in female patients with cancer are serious comorbidities that affect the quality of life for patients and their survival rates as they have poorer health outcomes. This validation study is a part of the study on the prevalence of depression and anxiety among breast cancer patients. This study aims to investigate the validity of the Kazakh and Russian versions of the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-II) and Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) among female cancer patients in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Start date: December 16, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a first-in-human, Phase 1, open label, multicenter, multiple dose, dose escalation and dose expansion study intended to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and potential clinical benefit of PF-07209960, an anti-PD-1 targeting IL-15 fusion protein, in participants with selected locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors for whom no standard therapy is available, or would not be an appropriate option in the opinion of the participant and their treating physician, or participants who have refused standard therapy. The study contains 2 parts, single agent Dose Escalation (Part 1) to determine the recommended dose of PF-07209960, followed by Dose Expansion (Part 2) in selected tumor types at the recommended dose.

Efficacy of Paxman Scalp Cooling to Prevent Chemo Induced Alopecia in Black Patients With Breast or GYN Cancers

Start date: June 4, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study will measure the efficacy of scalp cooling with the Paxman Scalp Cooling (PSC) device in a diverse patient population with success measured as prevention of more than 50% hair loss during chemotherapy. We propose that scalp cooling has distinct efficacy in participants with black or ethnic-minority hair types due to differences in textures, hair thickness. This study will examine the success rate of scalp cooling in black patients receiving chemotherapy for breast or gynecological cancer.
