The primary objective of this study is to investigate the safety and tolerability of a range of subcutaneous SHR-1222 in healthy subjects. Secondary objectives are to determine the pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics(PD) profile of SHR-1222 in healthy subjects including assessment of immunogenicity.

Denosumab Sequential Therapy

Denosumab is a potent anti-resorptive agent and is now widely used in the treatment of osteoporosis. Although denosumab has excellent effect to increase bone mass and prevent fracture in FREEDOM study with very low complications, even up to ten years, it's effect is reversible. After holding the drug, circulating denosumab levels fall rapidly, and bone resorption reaching twice baseline levels for about 6 months. How to prevent bone loss after denosumab therapy is an important issue, especially when considering the compliance, persistence, or other comorbidities of the patient. We want to verify if zoledronic acid could be used as a sequential therapy after denosumab to prevent rapid bone loss by randomized clinical trial.

Exploring the Comorbidity Between Mental Disorders and General Medical Conditions

Mental disorders have been shown to be associated with a number of general medical conditions (also referred to as somatic or physical conditions). The investigators aim to undertake a comprehensive study of comorbidity among those with treated mental disorders, by using high-quality Danish registers to provide age- and sex-specific pairwise estimates between the ten groups of mental disorders and nine groups of general medical conditions. The investigators will examine the association between all 90 possible pairs of prior mental disorders and later GMC categories using the Danish national registers. Depending on whether individuals are diagnosed with a specific mental disorder, the investigators will estimate the risk of receiving a later diagnosis within a specific GMC category, between the start of follow-up (January 1, 2000) or at the earliest age at which a person might develop the mental disorder, whichever comes later. Follow-up will be terminated at onset of the GMC, death, emigration from Denmark, or December 31, 2016, whichever came first. Additionally for dyslipidemia, follow-up will be ended if a diagnosis of ischemic heart disease was received. A "wash-out" period will be employed in the five years before follow-up started (1995-1999), to identify and exclude prevalent cases from the analysis. Individuals with the GMC of interest before the observation period will be considered prevalent cases and excluded from the analyses (i.e. prevalent cases were "washed-out"). When estimating the risk of a specific GMC, the investigators will consider all individuals to be exposed or unexposed to the each mental disorder depending on whether a diagnosis is received before the end of follow-up. Persons will be considered unexposed to a mental disorder until the date of the first diagnosis, and exposed thereafter.

Patient Power is a patient research network and database (registry) to collect prospective information about demographics, self-reported diagnoses and medications, and willingness to participate in research from participants with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), spondyloarthritis (SpA), other musculoskeletal conditions, chronic neurological conditions like migraine, chronic pulmonary conditions like Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), asthma, autoimmune dermatological conditions such as psoriasis, and other chronic inflammatory or immune-mediated conditions. In addition, since patients with chronic conditions often have other co-morbidities like cardiovascular health and obesity-related metabolic disorders, these conditions will also be included. Participants will provide information from their smartphones or personal computers. The information will be used by researchers and clinicians to help patients and their providers make better, more informed decisions about treatment of chronic conditions.

Sarcopenia And Balance In Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

The study was performed on 53 postmenopausal osteoporosis patients who presented to our osteoporosis outpatient clinic. Following written informed consent, patients were evaluated for sarcopenia according to the sarcopenia algorithm proposed by the European Working Group on Sarcopenia in Older People (EWGSOP). Algorithm parameters were walking speed, muscle strength and muscle mass measurements. We used Timed Up and Go Test (TUG) for evaluation of walking speed, Jamar Hand Dynamometer for muscle strength assessment, and calf circumference for muscle mass measurement. Balances of the patients were evaluated with Berg Balance Scale (BBS) and functional skills were evaluated with the Timed Up and Go Test (TUG). Other clinical parameters (age, body mass index (BMI), 25OHvitD level, menopause age, fall within the last year, fracture history, history of fracture in mother) were questioned.

Participants will receive either a protein or carbohydrate supplement along with a behavioral weight loss intervention.
