Adebrelimab Plus Chemotherapy as Neoadjuvant Therapy in Resectable NSCLC Harboring Driver Gene Mutations

Start date: April 15, 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a prospective, single-arm study to investigate the efficacy and safety of Adebrelimab in combination with paclitaxel for injection (albumin bound) and platinum chemotherapy as neoadjuvant therapy in resectable non-small cell lung cancer harboring driver gene mutations

NCT ID: NCT06297811 Not yet recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Myeloprotection With Trilaciclib in Pan-cancer Population

Start date: March 1, 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this open-label randomized controlled study is to assess the myeloprotective effect of trilaciclib in pan-cancer population. The main questions it aims to answer are: - effect and safety of trilaciclib on myeloprotection in cancer patients receiving paclitaxel plus carboplatin chemotherapy - does trilaciclib 's myeloprotective efficacy in patients receiving the same chemotherapy regimen correlate with tumor type Participants will be randomized 2:1 to the treatment arm of trilaciclib in combination with a paclitaxel and carboplatin-based regimen and the control arm of a paclitaxel and carboplatin-based regimen for at least 6 cycles or until disease progression or intolerable toxicity. Patients in both groups could extend the chemotherapy cycle at the investigator 's discretion depending on the tumor type and in combination with anti-angiogenic/PD-X/anti-HER2 therapy.

NCT ID: NCT06295432 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

A Phase II Clinical Trial of DZD9008 in Combination With AZD4205 in Standard Treatment Failed NSCLC Patients With EGFR Mutations (WU-KONG21)

Start date: June 1, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

DZD9008 in combination with AZD4205 for the treatment of patients with advanced NSCLC with EGFR mutations who have progressed after standard treatment. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of this combination therapy.

NCT ID: NCT06294561 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

TGRX-326 Pharmacokinetic Drug Interaction

Start date: March 4, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a drug-drug interaction study for TGRX-326 to evaluate the effects of CYP3A inhibitor/inducer drugs on pharmacokinetic profiles of TGRX-326, an ALK inhibitor indicated for treatment of Non-small cell lung cancer.

NCT ID: NCT06288646 Terminated - Lung Cancer Clinical Trials

Using Infrared Spectroscopy to Analyze Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in the Breath of Patients With Lung Cancer

Start date: April 24, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare breath samples from patients with lung cancer, those with stable lung nodules, and individuals without lung cancer. The main questions it aims to answer are whether breath patterns are different in these groups and to see if breath patterns change after treatment in patients with lung cancer. Participants will be asked to provide one breath sample, and two if they get treated. They will also be asked to fill out a questionnaire about their background and medical history.

NCT ID: NCT06287463 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Study of DCC-3084 in Participants With Advanced Malignancies Driven by the Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase (MAPK) Pathway

Start date: May 14, 2024
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter, Phase 1/2 clinical trial to evaluate DCC-3084 alone or in combination with other cancer therapies in participants with advanced cancers. Module A will enroll participants with solid tumors. Additional modules exploring other cancers may be added to the master protocol at a later date. Each module will be conducted in 2 parts: Part 1 (Dose Escalation) and Part 2 (Dose Expansion).

NCT ID: NCT06285097 Recruiting - Melanoma Clinical Trials

A Study of PF-07820435 as a Single Agent and in Combination in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: February 8, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study aims to evaluate the safety, and early signals of anti-tumor activity of PF-07820435 when administered alone (Part 1A) or in combination with sasanlimab (Part 1B; Part 2) in patients with selected advanced or metastatic solid tumors. Part 1 will be dose-finding and Part 2 of the study will further evaluate PF-07820435 at the recommended dose for combination expansion in patients with selected advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT06285058 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Deep Learning Model Predicts Pathological Complete Response of Lung Cancer Following Neoadjuvant Immunochemotherapy

Start date: March 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study presents the development and validation of an artificial intelligence (AI) prediction system that utilizes pre-neoadjuvant immunotherapy plain scans and enhanced multimodal CT scans to extract deep learning features. The aim is to predict the occurrence of pathological complete response in non-small cell lung cancer patients undergoing neoadjuvant immunochemotherapyy.

NCT ID: NCT06284317 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

A Study to Evaluate the Benefit of Adding Durvalumab After Chemotherapy, Durvalumab and Surgery in Patients With Early-stage, Operable, Non-small Cell Lung Cancer.

ADOPT-lung
Start date: October 2024
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

ADOPT-LUNG is an international, multicentre, open-label randomised phase III trial. Protocol treatment consists of 3-4 cycles of neoadjuvant durvalumab in combination with platinum-based doublet chemotherapy, followed by surgery. Patients with R0 and R1 only resection will be randomised to receive either adjuvant durvalumab for 12 cycles (experimental arm) or observation (control arm). The primary objective of the study is to determine whether additional adjuvant immunotherapy with durvalumab after neoadjuvant chemo-immunotherapy has an effect on disease-free survival (DFS) in patients who do not achieve complete pathological response (pCR) as per local assessment according to the IASLC recommendations.
