Start date: February 24, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is an open label, multicenter, phase 1/1b study to assess safety/tolerability and preliminary clinical activity of E7766 as a single agent administered intratumorally in participants with advanced solid tumors or lymphomas.

NCT ID: NCT04111107 Terminated - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

Precision Medicine for Patients With Identified Actionable Mutations

Start date: April 22, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The goal of the current pragmatic trial is to evaluate the impact of a simple method of selecting a treatment approach for identified mutations on participants' progression free survival (PFS). The study also intends to collect information on barriers that investigators encounter when prescribing treatment options using the Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) reports. Additionally, patients' quality of life will be measured before, after, and during treatment. Patients will be followed until death for monitoring survival study endpoints.

NCT ID: NCT04106167 Terminated - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Long-term, Non-interventional, Observational Study Following Treatment With Fate Therapeutics FT500 Cellular Immunotherapy

Start date: June 11, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Subjects who previously took part in the FT500-101 study and received allogeneic NK cell immunotherapy will take part in this long term follow-up study. Subjects will automatically enroll into study FT-003 once they have withdrawn or complete the parent interventional study. The purpose of this study is to provide long-term safety and survival data for subjects who have participated in the parent study. No additional study drug will be given, but subjects can receive other therapies for their cancer while they are being followed for long term safety in this study.

NCT ID: NCT04074330 Terminated - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin

A Study of TAK-981 Given With Rituximab in Adults With Relapsed or Refractory CD20-Positive Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

Start date: October 15, 2019
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is about a medicine called TAK-981 given with rituximab, used to treat adults with relapsed or refractory CD20-positive non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This study has 2 parts. The main aims of the study are: - To check for side effects from treatment with TAK-981 given with rituximab. - To check how much TAK-981 participants can tolerate. - To check if participants with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma or follicular lymphoma respond well to treatment. Participants will receive TAK-981 and rituximab in 21-day cycles. They will continue treatment for about 12 months unless their condition gets worse (disease progression), they cannot tolerate the treatment, or they leave the study for certain reasons.

NCT ID: NCT04073147 Terminated - Clinical trials for Primary CNS Lymphoma

Venetoclax and Obinutuzumab for Relapsed/Refractory Primary CNS Lymphoma

VENOBI-CNS
Start date: May 12, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase IB study investigating the pharmacokinetics of the combination venetoclax and obinutuzumab in the cerebrospinal fluid of patient with relapsed primary CNS lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT04045028 Terminated - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

A Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics (PK), Pharmacodynamics (PD), and Preliminary Activity of Tiragolumab in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma or With Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

Start date: July 22, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase I open-label, multicenter study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary activity of tiragolumab administered as a single agent or in combination with atezolizumab and/or daratumumab or rituximab in participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) multiple myeloma (MM) or R/R non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).

NCT ID: NCT04023071 Terminated - Clinical trials for Acute Myelogenous Leukemia

FT516 in Subjects With Advanced Hematologic Malignancies

Start date: October 4, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 1/1b dose-finding study of FT516 as monotherapy in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and in combination with CD20 directed monoclonal antibodies in B-cell lymphoma. The study includes three stages: dose escalation, safety confirmation, and dose expansion.

NCT ID: NCT04002622 Terminated - Clinical trials for Relapsed or Refractory Primary Mediastinal B-cell Lymphoma (rrPMBCL)

Study of TQB2450 Injection in Subjects With Relapsed or Refractory Primary Mediastinal Large B-cell Lymphoma

Start date: August 6, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

TQB2450 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1), which prevents PD-L1 from binding to PD-1 and B7.1 receptors on T cell surface, restores T cell activity, thus enhancing immune response and has potential to treat various types of tumors.

NCT ID: NCT03953326 Terminated - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

HeartPhone Cancer Survivors Trial 2019

Start date: April 23, 2019
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a behavioral study that will examine changes in physical activity and vascular health in response to a digital tool (app) that will appear on participant's lock screen of their Android phone. Participants will be asked to use this app for 3 months and to wear a Fitbit device continuously throughout the study. Participants will be asked to complete questionnaires, participate in fitness testing and measures of cardiovascular health at 3 months and 6 months after baseline assessments. The hypothesis is that exposure to the app will lead to increased physical activity volume and improved microvessel function.

NCT ID: NCT03947255 Terminated - Hodgkin Lymphoma Clinical Trials

A Study of Retreatment With Brentuximab Vedotin in Subjects With Classic Hodgkin Lymphoma or CD30-expressing Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma
