Filter by:The purpose of this program is to provide investigational epcoritamab, an antibody also known as GEN3013 (DuoBody-CD3xCD20), in an expanded access setting for eligible patients with relapsed and/or refractory (R/R) large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) who have a high unmet medical need with no other treatment options. It is a requirement that patients do not qualify for an ongoing epcoritamab clinical program or are unable to participate due to logistical reasons. This study is an Expanded Access Protocol (EAP) of JZP458 in participants with ALL/LBL who are hypersensitive to an E.coli-derived asparaginase (allergic reaction or silent inactivation) and unable to access alternative licensed treatment, to receive JZP458 treatment prior to potential Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval and commercial availability.

The purpose of this study is to provide patients who have relapsed or refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) with early access to an investigational medication called ibrutinib (PCI-32765) and to collect safety information about the drug.
