Filter by:This is a phase Ib, open, mono-center, dose-escalation, tolerability and pharmacokinetic study evaluating the Recombinant Humanized Anti-PD-1 mAb for Injection in combination with Axitinib in patients with advanced kidney cancer and melanoma who have failed in routine systemic treatment.
The primary objective of this study is to identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of belzutifan Tablets and/or the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of belzutifan Tablets in patients with advanced solid tumors
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of the interleukin-2 given in combination with pembrolizumab. Interleukin-2 (IL-2) is also called aldesleukin, or Proleukin™. Pembrolizumab is also called Keytruda™, or anti-PD-1 antibody.
This research study is evaluating a new type of Kidney Cancer vaccine called "Personalized NeoAntigen Cancer Vaccine"as a possible treatment for Kidney Cancer. The following intervention will be involved in this study: - Personalized Neoantigen Vaccine - Poly-ICLC (Hiltonol) - Ipilimumab
This phase II MATCH screening and multi-sub-trial studies how well treatment that is directed by genetic testing works in patients with solid tumors, lymphomas, or multiple myelomas that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) and does not respond to treatment (refractory). Patients must have progressed following at least one line of standard treatment or for which no agreed upon treatment approach exists. Genetic tests look at the unique genetic material (genes) of patients' tumor cells. Patients with genetic abnormalities (such as mutations, amplifications, or translocations) may benefit more from treatment which targets their tumor's particular genetic abnormality. Identifying these genetic abnormalities first may help doctors plan better treatment for patients with solid tumors, lymphomas, or multiple myeloma.
PART 1: The primary objective of this study is to identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of MK-3795, formerly called PT2385 and/or the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of MK-3795 in patients with advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). PART 2: The primary objective of this study is to identify the MTD of MK-3795 up to the RP2D, in combination with nivolumab, in patients with advanced ccRCC.As of Amendment 09 (29 Mar 2024), participants with advanced ccRCC will transition from MK-3795 to belzutifan (MK-6482) in combination with nivolumab or belzutifan alone. PART 3: The primary objective of this study is to identify the MTD of MK-3795 up to the RP2D, in combination with cabozantinib tablets, in patients with advanced ccRCC.
The Objective is to determine if renal hypothermia during open partial nephrectomy results in improved post-operative renal function compared to warm ischemia. Primary Aim is to determine the effect of hypothermia on preservation of overall renal function compared to no hypothermia in patients who require hilar vessel clamping during open partial nephrectomy for a renal tumor. Hypothesis: Hypothermia will result in improved post-operative preservation of overall renal function. Secondary Aim is to determine the effect of hypothermia on preservation of affected renal function (kidney with the tumor) compared to no hypothermia in patients who require hilar vessel clamping during open partial nephrectomy for a renal tumor. Hypothesis: Hypothermia will result in improved post-operative preservation of affected renal function.
The goal of this study is to understand factors which may influence risk for colorectal and other cancers in families. These factors include genetic variability, in combination with diet and lifestyle. In order to achieve these goals, we need to contact as many eligible participants as possible.
The goal of this clinical research study is to compare 6 different 2-drug "sequences" of everolimus, bevacizumab, or pazopanib to learn how they may affect metastatic kidney cancer. For the 2-drug sequence, participants will receive 1 of these drugs and may start taking another of these drugs after that. Researchers will also study the safety of these 2-drug sequences.
RATIONALE: Everolimus may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth or by blocking blood flow to the tumor. PURPOSE: This phase III trial is studying everolimus to see how well it works in treating patients with kidney cancer who have undergone surgery.
