The purpose of this study is to determine which technique in using a vacuum erection device (VED) is best. Erectile dysfunction (ED) after robotic prostate cancer surgery is a concern for both the surgeon and the patient. Recent studies have shown that beginning to use the vacuum pump on a daily basis starting with in 2-8 weeks may help prevent the start of penile shrinkage. This is a potential issue that can occur because of decreased blood flow after prostate cancer surgery. This study will allow researchers to determine and compare vacuum therapy techniques and erectile function outcomes of patients who have prostate cancer surgery

Furthermore, small studies suggest that treatment of sleep apnea by continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) may reverse erectile dysfunction in affected patients. The present study aims to investigate in a larger cohort if severe sleep apnea is independently associated with erectile dysfunction and if 6-12 months of CPAP therapy lead to an improvement of erectile dysfunction.

Korea red ginseng has been used in maintaining vitality throughout the globally and metabolism and actions on neurologic, cardiovascular, and endocrinologic system are studied. KRG has been used in various ailment, and to prove its efficacy for erectile dysfunction an international study on contries other than Korean was performed. In the present study, subjects with borderline organic and psychogenic erectile dysfunction will be included. KRG will be give daily, and placebo will be give as control. Outcomes including libido, erection, sexual activity, and sexual satisfaction will be measured.
