NCT ID: NCT04124913 Recruiting - Infertility, Female Clinical Trials

Oral Dydrogesterone vs. Micronized Vaginal Progesterone for Luteal Phase Support in Frozen-thawed Embryo Transfer Cycles

Start date: January 2, 2019
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this randomized controlled trial is to compare the efficacy of oral dydrogesterone vs. micronized vaginal progesterone for luteal phase support in frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles.

NCT ID: NCT03642665 Recruiting - Embryo Transfer Clinical Trials

Natural Versus Artificial Cycle for Frozen-Thawed Embryo Transfer

NAFT
Start date: September 25, 2018
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

This study evaluates clinical pregnancy rates, obstetrical outcome parameters, costs and patient preferences in natural cycle versus artificial cycle frozen embryo transfers (FET).

NCT ID: NCT03581422 Completed - Embryo Transfer Clinical Trials

Natural Cycles With Spontaneous Versus Induced Ovulation in FET

Start date: January 1, 2012
Phase:
Study type: Observational

In recent years, frozen-thawed embryo transfer procedure (FET) has been widely used to increase the cumulative pregnancy rate per IVF-cycle: which is the best preparation protocol remains a matter of debate. A retrospective analysis was conducted between 2012-2017. The aim was comparing clinical pregnancy rate (CPR) of pure natural cycle frozen-thawed embryo transfer (NC-FET) versus natural cycle frozen-thawed embryo transfer with hCG-triggered ovulation (mNC-FET).

NCT ID: NCT03518528 Recruiting - Infertility Clinical Trials

Comparison of Vaginal and Transdermal Oestrogen Before Frozen Thawed Embryo Transfer

Start date: August 30, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The purpose of this study is to compare pregnancy outcomes of frozen-thawed embryo transfer after endometrial preparation with vaginal estradiol or transdermal estradiol and to evaluate women's satisfaction

NCT ID: NCT03386227 Terminated - Embryo Transfer Clinical Trials

Prophylactic Antibiotics Prior to Embryo Transfer (PAPET): RCT

PAPET
Start date: January 21, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The objective of this study is to determine the impact on clinical pregnancy rate of withholding routine prophylactic antibiotic therapy during IVF. The hypothesis is that withholding antibiotic prophylaxis will be non-inferior to routine administration. To test this hypothesis, the investigators will conduct a randomized controlled non inferiority trial. Additionally an exploratory study will be conducted among the first 30 patients undergoing their first cycle enrolled to evaluate the microbiome across the IVF cycle, in addition to the human virome

NCT ID: NCT03292770 Completed - Infertility Clinical Trials

Mucus Removal Before Embryo Transfer

MUCRET
Start date: October 20, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Despite these revolutionary changes in the laboratory, little has changed with the process of embryo transfer (ET). A study to prospectively evaluate the role of cervical mucus removal prior to embryo transfer on pregnancy rates in ART will be undertaken.

NCT ID: NCT03201783 Completed - Embryo Transfer Clinical Trials

Immediate Versus Delayed FET Following a Stimulated IVF Cycle

Start date: August 9, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Information regarding the optimal timing for frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) following a stimulated in vitro fertilization (IVF) is lacking. One option is to perform FET in the first cycle following the stimulated IVF cycle, i.e. immediate transfer. Another option is to postpone FET for at least one menstrual cycle, i.e. delayed transfer. This randomized study aims to compare the ongoing pregnancy rate of immediate versus delayed FET following a stimulated IVF cycle.

NCT ID: NCT03088735 Terminated - Infertility, Female Clinical Trials

Transfer Strategy in an Oocyte Donation Programme

Start date: April 5, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

It has been previously shown that although the activation of the embryonic genome can begin as early as two days of initiation of the embryonic development (D2), it is expressed on day 3 (D3). Without this activation, the embryo can not continue its development. Therefore, it has been suggested that extended culture to blastocyst stage could be an option to identify and better select embryos that have been able to carry out this activation. The purpose of this study is to compare cumulative pregnancy and live birth rates following transfer of cleavage embryos or blastocysts.

NCT ID: NCT03040830 Completed - Embryo Transfer Clinical Trials

Effect of Timing Progesterone Luteal Support on Embryo Transfer

Start date: November 1, 2015
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

The study aims to know whether starting progesterone luteal support in intra cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) cycles on the day of ovum pickup affects the degree of difficulty of embryo transfer compared with starting luteal support on day of embryo transfer

NCT ID: NCT02825290 Recruiting - Embryo Transfer Clinical Trials

Modified Luteal Support for Frozen-Thawed Embryo Transfer - A Prospective Study

Start date: July 2016
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

This study evaluates the outcomes of frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) success rate with modified luteal support - addition of a single injection of HCG and GnRH-agonist, on day of ET and 4 days later, respectively vs. traditional luteal support with vaginal progesterone only in ovulating women.
