NCT ID: NCT06209606 Not yet recruiting - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

Pilot Study Using Changes in Serum BCMA to Determine Disease Progression in Multiple Myeloma

Start date: January 2024
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase 1, multicenter, open-label study evaluating the safety and efficacy of ruxolitinib, steroids and lenalidomide among MM patients who currently show progressive disease using BCMA to test progression.

NCT ID: NCT06200636 Not yet recruiting - Heart Failure Clinical Trials

Edge AI-deployed DIGItal Twins for PREDICTing Disease Progression and Need for Early Intervention in Infectious and Cardiovascular Diseases Beyond COVID-19 - Investigation of Biomarkers in Dermal Interstitial Fluid

Start date: March 1, 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The study will investigate, if inflammatory and cardio-circulatory biochemical biomarkers are detectable in dermal interstitial fluid (dISF) of heart failure patients, and if there are detectable kinetics of these biomarkers during a cardiopulmonary exercise test. For dISF extraction the PELSA System - an investigational device - will be used.

NCT ID: NCT06200311 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Fibrillation, Atrial

Atrial Fibrillation (AF) Ablation to Prevent Disease Progression of AF-induced Atrial Cardiomyopathy in Women and Men

RACE X
Start date: July 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of clinical trial is to compare AF ablation to pharmacological rhythm management (being rate or rhythm control) in AF patients with signs of atrial cardiomyopathy (as defined by left atrial volume index >34 ml/m2) The main objective it aims to answer is to determine whether AF ablation compared to pharmacological rhythm management in ACMP patients with AF reduces the incidence of the composite primary endpoint of CV death and first CV hospitalization/urgent visit.

NCT ID: NCT06178120 Recruiting - Clinical trials for X-linked Adrenoleukodystrophy

Disease Progression in Women With X-linked Adrenoleukodystrophy

Start date: January 2, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Observational, single-site prospective and minimally interventional study in women with X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD), conducted in France.

NCT ID: NCT06174324 Recruiting - Surgery Clinical Trials

Visual Field Progression and RNFL Change After PreserFlo MicroShunt Implantation

Start date: October 12, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The trabeculectomy is the gold standard in glaucoma surgery, nevertheless often postoperative interventions have to be done. (1),(2) The PreserFlo MicroShunt (Santen, Osaka, Japan) implantation occurs without critical steps of trabeculectomy. (3) According to a study a 20% eye pressure reduction was achieved in 53.9% of patients one year after PreserFlo MicroShunt implantation and the risk of postoperative hypotony was clearly minimized. (4) It has been shown that after trabeculectomy there is a stable development of visual fields in the first 3 months after surgery and then, despite adequate intraocular pressure reduction, visual fields deteriorate. (5) At the Klinikum Klagenfurt structural and functional changes after PreserFlo MicroShunt Implantation shall be evaluated.

NCT ID: NCT06170177 Recruiting - Bladder Cancer Clinical Trials

Study on the Quality of Life and Pathological State in Patients Who Underwent Radical Cystectomy

Start date: February 4, 2013
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Observational study on the quality of life and pathological state of patients underwent radical cystectomy.

NCT ID: NCT06135116 Completed - Periodontitis Clinical Trials

Regulatory T Cell With Related Interleukins in Periodontal Disease Progression

Start date: November 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

T Regulatory cells which suppressor subset of T cells and related cytokines remain in blood and infiltrates into the tissue under need. The role of Treg and related cytokines in succession of periodontal inflammation is recently a subject of research interest. Chronic gingivitis and periodontitis being chronic inflammatory diseases can upregulate various cytokines in the systemic circulation and gingival crevicular fluid. This study aimed to compare levels of Tregs with Interleukin-21, 22, 33, 35 and vitamin D-binding protein in blood and GCF of periodontally healthy persons, chronic gingivitis patients, and severe chronic periodontitis patients.

NCT ID: NCT06127303 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Toripalimab Combined With Cryoablation for First-line Oligo-progression in Driver-negative Advanced NSCLC

Start date: November 20, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Immunotherapy with programmed death-1(PD-1) inhibitors is now standard therapy for first-line use in patients with driver-negative advanced NSCLC, whether as single-agent or in combination with chemotherapy. After progression of first-line immunotherapy, NSCLC patients may be treated with chemotherapy, radiotherapy or targeted therapies, among others. Recently, Immune Checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) rechallenge has become a highly anticipated option. Although the objective response rate of the ICIs rechallenge patients has decreased substantially compared with the efficacy of the first ICI treatment, nearly 50% of patients can regain disease control. Cryoablation is a minimally invasive technique that utilizes very low temperature to eliminate viable tumour cells in target tissues. It has been reported that ablation can enhance immune response. The objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of toripalimab (PD-1) in combination with cryoablation in the treatment of oligometastatic driver-negative advanced NSCLC after first-line immunotherapy progress.

NCT ID: NCT06125834 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Breast Cancer

Trastuzumab Emtansine (T-DM1) in HER2-positive Breast Cancer Patients With Progressive Disease After TKIs or HP Therapy

Start date: June 1, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the efficacy and safety of trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1) in the treatment of patients with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer after TKIs or HP therapy. The main questions it aims to answer are: - The objective response rate of patients receiving T-DM1 therapy with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer after TKIs or HP therapy. - The adverse events and prognosis of patients with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer who receive the T-DM1 therapy. - Changes of anti-tumor immunity during T-DM1 therapy in patients with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer. Participants will receive T-DM1 treatment (3.6mg/kg, d1/21, IVD) until progressive diseases or intolerable adverse effects occurs.
