A Trial of SHR-1210 in Combination With SHR6390 in Patients With Advanced CRC, NSCLC and HCC

This is a Phase Ib/II , Open-label , Investigator-initiated Trail of SHR-1210 (an Anti-PD-1 Inhibitor) in Combination With SHR6390 (a CDK4/6 Inhibitor) in Patients With Advanced Colorectal Cancer, Non-small Cell Lung Cancer and Hepatocellular Carcinoma. The study was designed in two stages, the first stage was the tolerance observation stage, and the second stage was the curative effect expansion stage. A Study of RGX-202-01 (Ompenaclid) as Combination Therapy in 2nd Line RAS Mutant Advanced Colorectal Cancer

RGX-202-01 (ompenaclid) is a Phase 1, first-in-human, dose escalation and expansion study of RGX-202-01 as a single agent and in combination with FOLFIRI +/- bevacizumab. RGX-202-01 is a small molecule inhibitor of the creatine transporter SLC6a8, a novel metabolic target that drives gastrointestinal cancer progression. During the dose escalation stage, multiple doses of orally administered RGX-202-01 with or without FOLFIRI +/- bevacizumab (single agent or combination therapy) will be evaluated in patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors (i.e., locally advanced and unresectable, or metastatic) who have had PD on available standard systemic therapies or for which there are no standard systemic therapies of relevant clinical impact. In the expansion stage: Patients with colorectal cancer (CRC) RAS Mutant will be treated at the optimal dose.

Donation of Post Mortem Tumor Tissues

DONUM is an observational prospective independent protocol for patients with advanced lung cancer, colorectal cancer or cancer of unknown primary, willing to donate their tumor tissue samples post mortem for biomedical research purposes. All patients who fulfill the inclusion criteria will be eligible for the study after giving their Informed consent. Informed Consent will be obtained in two steps. During the pre-information step patients will be acquainted with the existence of a post-mortem cancer tissue donation research program governed by the DONUM protocol. If the patients manifest interest to participate into the program (in writing) during the pre-information step, they will proceed to step 2 and undergo the final informed consent process.
