There are about 2500 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Ukraine. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The aim of the study is to determine potential anti-dyskinetic properties of CPL500036 (PDE10A inhibitor) in Parkinson disease patients suffering from levodopa Induced dyskinesia. The study is to determine the efficacy and dose response of two CPL500036 doses, compared with placebo.
The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy, safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics (PK) properties of CPL500036 compound (PDE10a inhibitor) in patients with an acute exacerbation of schizophrenia after 28 days of administration..
This is a randomised, placebo-controlled, double-blind study to assess the efficacy and safety of Atuliflapon administered once daily over a 12-week treatment period to adult participants with moderate to severe uncontrolled asthma.
Rhesus conflict between mother and fetus is due to the different antigenic composition of erythrocytes. During the first pregnancy, sensitization of the mother to fetal erythrocytes rhesus D (RhD) antigens is formed. During the next pregnancy, fetal red blood cells are attacked by the mother's antibodies, and fetal/newborn hemolytic disease develops. The drug Rhesoglobin blocks the interaction of the fetal erythrocytes RhD antigen and the immune system of the mother and prevents the development of Rhesus sensitization.
The purpose of this clinical trial is to provide study medicine(s) and learn about their safety. This study is seeking participants who: - Have benefited from ongoing study treatment as determined by the study doctor in a Pfizer-sponsored palbociclib Parent Study - Must agree to follow the reproductive criteria - Are willing and able to comply with all scheduled visits, treatment plans, and other study procedures - Can give signed informed consent documents Participants in this study will continue to receive treatment as they were in the parent study. The time by which participants will take part in this study is retrospective (after completed parent study). We will examine the experiences of people receiving the study medicine(s). This will help us determine if the study medicine(s) are safe. During this time, the participants will be monitored for the safety of the study medicine(s).
This is a Phase III, randomised, double-blind, multicentre, international study assessing the efficacy and safety of durvalumab (MEDI4736) in combination with oleclumab (MEDI9447) or durvalumab (MEDI4736) with monalizumab (IPH2201) in adults with locally advanced (Stage III), unresectable NSCLC, who have not progressed following platinum-based cCRT.
Multi-Center, Randomized, Double-Blinded Phase 3 Study to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety, and Tolerability of IMU-838 versus Placebo in Adults with Relapsing Multiple Sclerosis (ENSURE-2)
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter Phase 3 study that will enroll approximately 368 subjects aged 18 to 75 years old with Moderately to Severely Active Ulcerative Colitis.
The purpose of the study is to enable participants with pulmonary hypertension (PH) currently treated with study intervention(s) in a clinical study (parent studies [NCT03422328, NCT03904693 and NCT04565990]), to continue to benefit from the intervention after closure of the parent study in case they have no alternative means of access to the study intervention. This study will allow assessment of the long-term safety of each study intervention.
The main aim of the study is to learn if soticlestat, when given as an add-on therapy, reduces the number of seizures in children and adults with Dravet Syndrome (DS) or Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome (LGS). Participants will receive their standard anti-seizure therapy, plus tablets of soticlestat. There will be scheduled visits and follow-up phone calls throughout the study.
