NCT ID: NCT02336425 Terminated - Asthma Clinical Trials

Efficacy and Safety of QGE031 Compared With Placebo in Patients Aged 18-75 Years With Asthma

Start date: September 2015
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study planned to assess the effect on the reduction in rate of severe asthma exacerbations of different dose levels of QGE031 in asthma patients that are inadequately controlled with inhaled steroid plus beta-2 agonist medication with or without oral steroid. However, this study was terminated due to the efficacy results from an interim analysis (at the end of treatment epoch) of the Phase II study CQGE031B2201 (NCT01716754). Planned data analyses were not performed for this study due to the early termination and the very limited dataset (only 10 participants received study medication of the 440 participants planned).

NCT ID: NCT02314598 Terminated - Clinical trials for Lead Insulation Failure

Therapy Coil Electrogram Collection Study

TEC
Start date: January 2015
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This is a prospective, non-randomized, multicenter, post market release study which will collect electrograms (EGMs) from patients at risk of a suspected insulation failure to the high voltage portion of the defibrillator lead and will evaluate the electrogram signals.

NCT ID: NCT02290028 Terminated - Heart Failure Clinical Trials

Sentus QP - Extended CRT Evaluation With Quadripolar Left Ventricular Leads

QP ExCELs
Start date: December 16, 2014
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The QP ExCELs study is designed to confirm safety and efficacy of the BIOTRONIK Sentus OTW QP left ventricular leads to satisfy FDA requirements for regulatory approval of the leads in the US. The Sentus OTW QP leads received FDA approval on May 4, 2017. Long-term safety of the BIOTRONIK Sentus OTW QP left ventricular leads will be confirmed during the ongoing post approval phase (US sites only). A protocol update was implemented on September 6, 2019 to transition the long-term follow up for the ongoing Sentus QP Study to a new EP PASSION real-world data methodology.

CHROMA
Start date: September 18, 2014
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study is a Phase III, double-masked, multicenter, randomized, sham injection-controlled study evaluating the efficacy and safety of lampalizumab administered by intravitreal injections in participants with geographic atrophy (GA) secondary to age-related macular degeneration (AMD).

NCT ID: NCT02138838 Terminated - Clinical trials for Chronic Kidney Disease, Secondary Hyperparathyroidism

Efficacy and Safety of Cinacalcet in Pediatric Patients With Secondary Hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) and Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) on Dialysis

Start date: November 7, 2014

IRIS-4
Start date: March 2014
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Irritable Bowel Syndrome with diarrhoea (IBS-D) is a functional gastrointestinal disorder characterised by chronic or recurrent abdominal pain or discomfort and diarrhoea. NCT ID: NCT02118584 Terminated - Ulcerative Colitis Clinical Trials

Study for Participants With Ulcerative Colitis Previously Enrolled in Etrolizumab Phase II/III Studies

COTTONWOOD
Start date: September 15, 2014
Phase: Phase 3
