A Real World Evidence Prospective Cohort Study in the Management of Metastatic Colorectal Cancer: A Clinical and Patient Perspective
The aim of the HEM-POWR study is to understand better how Damoctocog alfa pegol (Jivi) is used to treat people with Hemophilia A in day-to-day life, how well the treatment is tolerated and how satisfied patients and physicians are with the treatment.
Participants with face melasma will receive 4 Melanostop peel treatments containing 20% azelaic acid, 10% resorcinol and 6% phytic acid. Peels will be performed at 2-week interval. They will also receive a facial tonic and cream for at home use, containing brightening ingredients: vitamin C, niacinamide, alpha arbutin, kojic acid. They will also receive sunscreen protection cream with SPF 50, protecting against UVA, UVB, HEV and IR. Products for at home use will be used twice a day, every day. Measurements will be made at baseline, on the day of the forth peel treatment and 4 weeks after the last peel. Measured parameters will be: mMASI score, VisioFace photography analysis, melasma area measurements, and melanin index, ΔE, CIELab colour measurements with Cortex SkinLab Combo (Cortex Technology Asp, Denmark).
The study compares 2 medicines for children who do not have enough hormone to grow: somapacitan given once a week (a new medicine) and Norditropin® given once a day (the medicine doctors can already prescribe). Researchers will test to see how well somapacitan works. The study will also test if somapacitan is safe. Participants will either get somapacitan or Norditropin® - which treatment participants get, is decided by chance. Both participants and the study doctor will know which treatment participants get. The study will last for 4 years. Participants will attend 19 clinic visits and have 1 phone call with the study doctor.

The aim of the study is to determine prognostic value of plasma mitochondrial DNA and cytochrome C after cardiac arrest. The study will be conducted in three parts: 1. Determine plasma concentrations of mitochondrial DNA and cytochrome C in healthy population. 2. Determine release profile of mitochondrial DNA and cytochrome C to plasma after cardiac arrest. 3. Determine plasma prognostic value of mitochondrial DNA and cytochrome C after cardiac arrest and compare it with established prognostic methods.
This is a randomized, double-blinded study designed to evaluate the efficacy, safety, pharmacokinetics, and immunogenicity of neoadjuvant treatment with atezolizumab (MPDL3280A) or placebo in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy in participants with resectable Stage II, IIIA, or select IIIB non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) followed by open-label adjuvant/postoperative atezolizumab or best supportive care and monitoring.
