There are about 6461 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Russian Federation. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, international, multicenter, Phase 3 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of repeat dosing of benralizumab 30 mg administered subcutaneously (SC) versus placebo in patients with severe nasal polyposis.
Primary Objectives: - Study is designed with two primary endpoints that will be analyzed on randomized participants at the time of the cut-off date for each given analysis (progression free survival [PFS] and overall survival [OS]) - Study success is defined either on PFS or OS - The primary objective is to determine whether tusamitamab ravtansine improves the progression free survival (PFS) when compared to docetaxel in participants with metastatic non-squamous non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) expressing CEACAM5 greater than or equal to 2+ in intensity in at least 50% of the tumor cell population and previously treated with standard-of-care platinum-based chemotherapy and an immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) - The primary objective is to determine whether tusamitamab ravtansine improves the overall survival (OS) when compared with docetaxel in participants with metastatic non-squamous NSCLC expressing CEACAM5 greater than or equal to 2+ in intensity in at least 50% of the tumor cell population and previously treated with standard-of-care platinum-based chemotherapy and an immune checkpoint inhibitor. Secondary Objectives: - To compare the objective response rate (ORR) of tusamitamab ravtansine with docetaxel - To compare the health-related quality of life (HRQOL) of tusamitamab ravtansine with docetaxel - To evaluate the safety of tusamitamab ravtansine compared to docetaxel - To assess the duration of response (DOR) of tusamitamab ravtansine as compared with docetaxel
In a prospective cohort study investigators will examine characteristics and clinical outcomes of treatment with ART in women with tubal factor infertility (TFI) with regard to seropositivity to antichlamydial antibodies.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate long-term safety and efficacy of ublituximab therapy in participants with relapsing multiple sclerosis (RMS).
The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of TAK-788 as first-line treatment with that of platinum-based chemotherapy in participants with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors has epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 20 insertion mutations. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatment groups- TAK-788 group or Platinum-based chemotherapy group. Participants will receive TAK-788 orally and pemetrexed/cisplatin or pemetrexed/carboplatin via vein until the participants experience worsening disease (PD) as assessed by blinded independent review committee (IRC), intolerable harmful effects or another discontinuation criteria.
The purpose of this trial is to assess the long-term safety and efficacy of CAM2029 in patients with acromegaly. Patients will be administered CAM2029 subcutaneously once monthly during 12 months. Patients fulfilling trial NCT04076462 will be offered to continue with open-label treatment week 24-52 in this trial. Patients completing the main part of the trial will be offered 52 weeks continued open-label treatment in an extension part.
The purpose of this study is to find out in the real-world setting, if darolutamide is safe and effective for patients diagnosed with prostate cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body. When a patient is enrolled to the study, his/her physician would have already made the decision to treat patient with darolutamide per local standard practice.
This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of adjuvant therapy with atezolizumab plus bevacizumab compared with active surveillance in participants with completely resected or ablated hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who are at high risk for disease recurrence.
This study will be conducted in two parts. Part 1 will be the Dose Confirmation portion to determine recommended Phase 3 dose (RPTD) of venetoclax in combination with AZA. Part 3 will be the Dose Finding portion to determine RPTD of venetoclax in combination with CC-486. Part 2 and Part 3 Randomization of the study were removed.
The SyncAV Post-Market Trial is a prospective, randomized, multi-center trial performed to determine if cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) devices programmed with SyncAV ON improve long-term CRT response compared to devices programmed with conventional CRT through evaluation of changes in left ventricular (LV) reverse remodeling.
