The primary objective of this study is to characterize the safety and tolerability of MK-6194 following multiple doses among participants with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis who are unresponsive to other therapies.
Myelofibrosis (MF) is a rare blood cancer, characterized by extensive fibrosis (scarring) of the bone marrow. It is one of a group of cancers known as myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) in which bone marrow cells that produce blood cells develop and function abnormally. This study will evaluate treatment patterns, treatment outcomes, healthcare resource utilization in adult participants with Myelofibrosis. Data from approximately 1000 participants will be collected. No participants will be enrolled in this study. Participants' charts will be reviewed. No drug will be administered as a part of this study. The duration of the observation period is up to 156 weeks. There is no additional burden for participants in this trial. All visits must be completed prior to data extraction and participants will be followed for up to 156 weeks.

This is a randomized, blinded, placebo-controlled, dose-ranging Phase 1b study of the safety, PK, and antiviral activity of ABI-H3733 in treatment-naïve or off-treatment chronic Hepatitis B virus (cHBV) subjects that are Hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg) positive or negative. The study will enroll up to 5 sequential cohorts of 10 subjects each, for a total of up to 50 subjects, randomized 8:2 to receive ABI-H3733 or placebo.

This is a Phase 3, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of imsidolimab compared with placebo in adult subjects with generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP).
This study will compare the new medicine IcoSema, which is a combination of insulin icodec and semaglutide, taken once a week, to insulin icodec taken once a week in people with type 2 diabetes. The study will look at how well IcoSema controls blood sugar level in people with type 2 diabetes compared to insulin icodec. Participants will either get IcoSema or insulin icodec. Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. IcoSema and insulin icodec are both new medicines that doctors cannot prescribe. Participants will get IcoSema or insulin icodec, which participants must inject once a week with a pen, which has a small needle, in a skin fold in the thigh, upper arm, or stomach. The study will last for about 1 year and 1 month. Participants will have 21 clinic visits, 31 phone/video calls with the study doctor, and 4 contacts with the site that can either be clinic visits or phone/video calls At 11 clinic visits participants will have blood samples taken. At 7 clinic visits participants cannot eat or drink (except for water) for 8 hours before the visit. Women cannot take part if pregnant, breast-feeding or plan to get pregnant during the study period. Not applicable for China: Participants will be asked to wear a sensor that measures their blood sugar level all the time during a 5 week period at the end of the study.
The Research Question of the present study is the following: in a population of men and women affected by acne vulgaris, and folliculitis, will Ialuxid® Gel (hydrogen peroxide, hyaluronic acid and glycine) improve the course of the disease, resulting in a decrease of the total number of lesions, results observed after 4 and 8 weeks after the beginning of the treatment?
