The overall goal of this education program is to increase breast and cervical cancer screening in low-income women in Puerto Rico through implementation of an evidence-based educational program that addresses both health professionals (promotoras or community health workers) and public audiences of low-income women living in Canóvanas, Puerto Rico who have either never been screened for breast and/or cervical cancer, or are under-screened according recommended guidelines. To evaluate promotoras' delivery of the CLS screening education program we used a randomized pre-post comparison group study design that will provide data to determine the effectiveness of the CLS intervention program compared with usual practice (no intervention).
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of galcanezumab for the preventive treatment of chronic migraine in participants 12 to 17 years of age. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability, efficacy, and biomarker response of BMS-986165 administered orally in participants with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis. The study was originally designed to test deucravacitinib at two doses for 12 weeks compared to placebo. After the initial 12-Week period, all subjects receive active therapy (open-label extension). With protocol amendment 2, one of the dose treatment arms is being removed from the 12-week double blind period with no change to the open-label extension.

This study is being done to evaluate glycemic control in participants with type 2 diabetes who are taking mealtime insulin LY900014 in combination with long-acting insulin glargine. Participants will use continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) (Freestyle Libre 14-day system) during the study.
This study is open to adults with COVID-19 infection who are in hospital and receive oxygen. Participants need to be 50 years of age or older and need to be at risk of further worsening of their condition. The purpose of the study is to find out whether a medicine called BI 764198 helps people with COVID-19 infection and breathing problems. BI 764198 may prevent cell death and swelling of the lung tissue and therefore help patients with COVID-19 infection. Participants are put into 2 groups by chance. One group of participants gets BI 764198 capsules and the other group gets placebo capsules. The placebo capsules look exactly like the BI 764198 capsules but do not contain any medicine. Participants take 1 capsule per day. Participants are in the study for about a month. At study end, doctors compare the 2 groups for the number of patients that are alive and do not need mechanical breathing support. During the study, the doctors collect information on any health problems of the participants.
