A postoperative pulmonary complication (PPC) is the most common serious complication after Abdominal surgery under GA which lead to longer hospital stays and have deleterious outcomes on lung volumes, mucociliary clearance, accumulation of mucus, saliva and cough reflex. Chest physiotherapy for airway clearance which includes postural drainage, chest percussion, vibrations, Along with these, breathing exercises such ACBT and Blow bottle technique are recommended to clear secretion which aid in enhancing pulmonary function by effectively mobilizing and eliminating excess bronchial secretions. This study of randomized clinical trial will check the comparative effect of ACBT and Blow Bottle Technique in patients with abdominal surgeries under GA by taking a sample of 44 patients through non probability convenience sampling technique. Subject of both gender will be included between the age of 30 to 50 years who will undergoes with elective abdominal surgeries under GA (Cholecystectomy, Hysterectomy ,Appendectomy, Hemorrhoidectomy) and Laparoscopic /open. Elective surgeries under spinal anesthesia, emergency surgeries, cardiothoracic surgeries and hemodynamically unstable subjects will be excluded. 22 subjects will receive ACBT and other 22 subjects will receive Blow bottle technique for 20 minutes duration per session, two sessions per day for a period of 5 days. The status of airway clearance, oxygen saturation and lungs volumes will be measured pre and post intervention on day 1 and at the end of 5th day by using BCSS, Pulse oximeter and Spirometer.
This study focuses on Dual Task Training as daily living involves many dual task conditions, in which a person requires to do two or more tasks at same time. without the ability to carry out these types of Dual movements. This study aims to improve the ability to do two tasks at same time, targeted to decrease the risk of fall in stroke patients. This study helps in understanding how multiple tasks simultaneously affects patients' abilities and creating effectiveness programs.
This clinical trial aims to assess the effectiveness of different clinical techniques in treating patients with chronic low back pain (CLBP). Two test groups will be included: one receiving conventional therapy (NSAIDs and other physical therapy techniques) and the other receiving a combination of neuromodulation and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy. Chronic pain, persisting for more than three months, inhibits natural pathways like GABA and promotes excitatory pathways, leading to increased inflammation. The study hypothesizes that neuromodulation via the dorsal root ganglion (DRG) and PRP therapy will provide superior pain relief and functional improvement compared to conventional therapy.

This study aims to investigate the comparative effectiveness of two widely used manual therapy approaches, Mulligan mobilization and Active Release Technique (ART), in alleviating pain, reducing disability, and enhancing range of motion (ROM) in patients suffering from tension-type headaches. Understanding which technique offers superior outcomes is vital for optimizing headache management strategies.
In times whereby COVID-19 is rapidly spreading, research on the epidemiological, diagnostic, clinical and social aspects of the illness has been highlighted as important as there is very limited information of this disease in all these aspects. Keeping this in view, WHO has published a roadmap for global research referred to as the 2019 novel Coronavirus Global research and innovation forum: towards a research roadmap13. This document has identified around 34 knowledge gaps which need to be addressed in order to learn more about this illness. One of these gaps indicates that disease transmission is driven by both social and biological factors. Social sciences research, thus, can play a very important role in combating this illness. It can bring rich insights into social, behavioral and contextual aspects of communities, societies and populations affected by COVID-19 to enhance acceptability of and adherence to evidence-based public health measures for successful infection prevention and control (IPC).

Through these remote exercise sessions the study evaluates the effectiveness of tele rehabilitation in improving glycemic management during pregnancy.The results will help clarify how telehealth intervention can best support GDM patient's maternal health outcomes.
Introduction: A deficit in vitamin D may be involved in the development and presentation of Graves' disease (GD). Lack of vitamin D and GD are linked to deteriorating quality of life (QoL) and weakening of the muscles. Our goal was to look at the possible advantages of vitamin D supplementation for the improvement of thyroid-related QoL and muscle function in GD patients, as well as the possible drawbacks of anti-thyroid drugs (ATD). Methodology: A multicenter randomized controlled experiment with single-blinding was carried out with 48 patients who had been diagnosed with Graves' illness. The participants were split into two groups n=24 patients in each group. In addition to standard ATD, Group A received either 70 μg (2800 IU) of vitamin D daily or a corresponding placebo. Investigator measured muscular function and isometric strength at baseline, three, and nine months.
