This multicenter, two-cohort, non-randomized, open-label study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of assisted and self-administered SC Herceptin as adjuvant therapy in participants with early HER2-positive breast cancer following tumor excision. Participants will receive Herceptin 600 milligrams (mg) SC every 3 weeks for 18 cycles, either by an assisted administration using a conventional syringe and needle/vial formulation (Cohort A) or with assisted and self-administration using a single-use injection device (SID) in selected participants (Cohort B).

Hypertensive crisis (defined as a systolic pressure > 160mmHg or a diastolic pressure > 110mmHg) in patients with a hypertensive disorder of pregnancy is a serious complication with severe and even deadly consequences. The management in this population had been studied, but no consensus has been reached with regards to which treatment is better. Our study will compare two drugs: Hydralazine and Labetalol for the management of hypertensive crisis.

Antiphospholipid Antibodies and Fetal Growth Restriction

The Antiphospholipid Syndrome is an immune disease where the presence of antibodies directed against cell membrane phospholipids (antiphospholipid antibodies) can cause an hypercoagulable state that causes thrombosis and obstetric complications (miscarriages, stillbirths). Since 1999 the Sapporo Criteria for Antiphospholipid Syndrome diagnosis includes the development of fetal growth restriction (diagnosed postpartum), but this was done without solid evidence of a relation between the two or using the most common form of fetal growth restriction diagnosis (ultrasound). Our study will try to add information to this particular point.

Premature rupture of membranes is an important cause of neonatal morbidity and mortality, mainly because of the complications associated with this pathology (oligohydramnios, cord compression or prolapse, infection). When rupture of the membranes occur the risk of cord compression increases but there is little evidence regarding this complication and amniotic fluid volume. The investigator's focus are the perinatal outcomes according to amniotic fluid volume (< 5 or >5).

Comparison of Urine Protein/Creatinine Ratio With 24-hour Urine Protein Excretion in Woman With Hypertensive Disorders

The presence of proteinuria (>300 mg/d) represents an important factor in the diagnosis and evaluation of the pregnant patient with an hypertensive disorder. The 24 hour collection of urine for proteinuria is the gold standard for the diagnosis of the condition and allows the physician to determine if an hypertensive disorder is related directly or not to the gestation. The problem is the time it takes and the technical difficulties related to the sample collection. An alternative is the quantification of protein and creatinine in a random sample of urine. We seek to evaluate if this method is as affective as the gold standard in the diagnosis of proteinuria (>300 mg/d).
