NCT ID: NCT04494061 Terminated - Graft Failure Clinical Trials

A Clinical Study to Investigate Interferon Gamma (IFNɣ) Signature in Patients Post HSCT and in Patients With Impaired HSC Proliferation Pre-transplant

Start date: November 16, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Clinical study designed to collect blood for research purposes in patients after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) or in patients with a medical condition where the blood cells production is impaired. The blood samples will be used to study the role of Interferon gamma (IFNɣ) in graft failure or impairment of hematopoietic stem cell proliferation. The IFNɣ signature will be assessed by measuring primarily IFNɣ and C-X-C Motif Chemokine Ligand 9 (CXCL9).

NCT ID: NCT04493216 Terminated - HIV Infections Clinical Trials

A Dose-Range Finding Clinical Trial Study in Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV-1) Infected Treatment-Naive Adults

DOMINO
Start date: November 18, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase 2b, randomized, multicenter, parallel group, partially blind (to GSK3640254 doses [100, 150 and 200 milligrams {mg}]), active controlled clinical trial. It will aim to investigate the safety, efficacy and dose-response of GSK3640254 compared to dolutegravir (DTG), each given in combination with 2 Nucleoside Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitors (NRTIs) (abacavir/lamivudine [ABC/3TC] or emtricitabine/tenofovir alafenamide [FTC/TAF])

NCT ID: NCT04489940 Terminated - Clinical trials for Triple Negative Breast Neoplasms

Bintrafusp Alfa in High Mobility Group AT-Hook 2 (HMGA2) Expressing Triple Negative Breast Cancer

Start date: October 12, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The main purpose of this study was to evaluate bintrafusp alfa monotherapy in participants with triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) who express high levels of HMGA2 as determined by a centralized reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test.

NCT ID: NCT04489537 Terminated - Clinical trials for Hemophilia A With Inhibitor

Study of Coagulation Factor VIIa Marzeptacog Alfa (Activated) in Subjects With Hemophilia A or B

Start date: May 4, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the trial is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of MarzAA for on-demand treatment and control of bleeding episodes in hemophilia A or B patients with inhibitors compared with their standard of care (SOC).

NCT ID: NCT04479436 Terminated - Clinical trials for Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

A Study to Evaluate U3-1402 in Subjects With Advanced or Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Start date: September 14, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is designed to primarily evaluate the safety and efficacy of U3-1402 in participants with advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC) who have received at least 2 prior lines of therapy and will explore clinical benefit according to human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (HER3) tumor expression level in otherwise refractory tumors.

NCT ID: NCT04478266 Terminated - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Amcenestrant (SAR439859) Plus Palbociclib as First Line Therapy for Patients With ER (+) HER2(-) Advanced Breast Cancer

AMEERA-5
Start date: October 14, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Primary Objective: To determine whether Amcenestrant (SAR439859) in combination with palbociclib improves progression free survival (PFS) when compared with letrozole in combination with palbociclib in participants with estrogen receptor positive (ER+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative (HER2-) advanced breast cancer who have not received any prior systemic anticancer therapies for advanced disease. Secondary Objective: - To compare the overall survival in both treatment arms. - To evaluate the objective response rate in both treatment arms. - To evaluate the duration of response in both treatment arms. - To evaluate the clinical benefit rate in both treatment arms. - To evaluate progression-free survival on next line of therapy. - To evaluate the pharmacokinetics of amcenestrant, and palbociclib. - To evaluate health-related quality of life in both treatment arms. - To evaluate the time to first chemotherapy in both treatment arms. - To evaluate safety in both treatment arms.

NCT ID: NCT04474314 Terminated - Sickle Cell Disease Clinical Trials

A Study of IMR-687 in Subjects With Sickle Cell Disease

Start date: August 13, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of IMR-687 in Subjects with Sickle Cell Disease

NCT ID: NCT04460807 Terminated - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

Exemestane in Hormone Receptor Positive High Grade Ovarian Cancer

EXPERT
Start date: February 13, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

In this Italian, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled, phase III study the efficacy of exemestane will be evaluated in addition to the standard front line treatment in patients with hormone-receptor-positive high grade serous or endometrioid Epithelian Ovarian Cancer (EOC). The patients enrolled in the EXPERT trial will receive exemestane or placebo in addition to standard treatment. Patients and investigators will be blinded to study treatment. The hypothesis underlying the proposed clinical trial is that exemestane added to standard first line therapy will significantly prolong median progression free survival (PFS).
