This study is designed to assess the efficacy and safety of datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd) in combination with pembrolizumab versus pembrolizumab in combination with pemetrexed and platinum chemotherapy in participants with no prior therapy for advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

NCT ID: NCT05555615 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Irritability Associated With Autism Spectrum Disorder

Extension Study of Pimavanserin in Irritability Associated With Autism Spectrum Disorder

Start date: November 2, 2022
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

52-week, open-label extension study of double-blind study ACP-103-069 to determine the long-term safety and tolerability of pimavanserin for the treatment of irritability associated with ASD in children and adolescents (aged 5 to 17 years). ACP-103-069 is a 6-week, randomized, double-blind, fixed-dose, placebo controlled, parallel group study of pimavanserin in children and adolescents with irritability associated with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

NCT ID: NCT05552976 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma

A Study to Evaluate Mezigdomide in Combination With Carfilzomib and Dexamethasone (MeziKD) Versus Carfilzomib and Dexamethasone (Kd) in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma (SUCCESSOR-2)

SUCCESSOR-2
Start date: January 10, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the study is to compare Mezigdomide (CC-92480/BMS-986348) with carfilzomib and dexamethasone (MeziKD) against carfilzomib and dexamethasone (Kd) in the treatment of RRMM: SUCCESSOR-2.

NCT ID: NCT05552859 Terminated - Clinical trials for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Gla-300 and IDeg-100 in Insulin-Naïve People With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Renal Impairment

TRENT
Start date: December 5, 2022
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

The TRENT trial is designed to confirm the efficacy and safety of Gla-300 compared with IDeg-100 in insulin-naïve patient (participants who have not tried insulin) with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) and renal impairment. It will test the hypothesis that Gla-300 is non-inferior to IDeg-100 with glucose control. If achieved, the trial will also test for the superiority of Gla-300 compared with IDeg-100 in Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) reduction, without an increased potential risk of hypoglycemia.

NCT ID: NCT05552326 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Severe Hypertriglyceridemia

A Study of Olezarsen Administered Subcutaneously to Participants With Severe Hypertriglyceridemia

Start date: August 31, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of olezarsen as compared to placebo on the percent change in fasting triglycerides (TG) from baseline.

NCT ID: NCT05547802 Completed - Clinical trials for Basic BBIBP-CorV Vaccination is Not as Effective as BNT162b
