NCT ID: NCT03964701 Recruiting - Clinical trials for End Stage Renal Disease

Peritoneal Membrane Dysfunction in Peritoneal Dialysis Using Metabolomics

Start date: April 22, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Ability and sensitivity of metabolomics analysis to highlight biomarkers or a score of biomarkers that will be able to identify those pediatric patients on peritoneal dialysis at high risk for possible peritoneal dialysis complications and mainly encapsulating peritoneal sclerosis

NCT ID: NCT03961334 Recruiting - Stroke, Ischemic Clinical Trials

MidregiOnal Proatrial Natriuretic Peptide to Guide SEcondary Stroke Prevention

MOSES
Start date: December 5, 2019
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The present trial is addressing the question if a biologically distinct subgroup of ischemic stroke patients without known atrial fibrillation at admission, selected by a cut-off level of MRproANP concentration, which represents a underlying increased risk of cardiac thrombogenicity, benefits from direct oral anticoagulation (DOAC) within 7 days of symptom onset versus standard of care (antiplatelet) as preventive treatment.

NCT ID: NCT03958877 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Multiple Sclerosis, Relapsing-Remitting

A Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, and Efficacy of BIIB017 (Peginterferon Beta-1a) in Pediatric Participants for the Treatment of Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis

Start date: October 18, 2019
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and descriptive efficacy of BIIB017 in pediatric participants with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) and to assess the pharmacokinetics (PK) of BIIB017 in pediatric participants with RRMS in Part 1. In Part 2, the study will evaluate the long-term safety of BIIB017 and further describe safety and the long-term multiple sclerosis (MS) outcomes after BIIB017 treatment in participants who completed the study treatment at Week 96 in Part 1 of the study.

NCT ID: NCT03955445 Recruiting - C3 Glomerulopathy Clinical Trials

Long-term Efficacy, Safety and Tolerability of LNP023 in C3G

Start date: October 3, 2019
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is an open-label extension study to evaluate the long-term efficacy, safety and tolerability of LNP023 in subjects with C3 glomerulopathy

NCT ID: NCT03951194 Recruiting - Infertility, Female Clinical Trials

Autologous Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Intra Ovarian Infusion in Perimenopausal Women

PRP
Start date: June 13, 2019
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Autologous PRP intra ovarian infusion may improve ovarian response and women's hormonal profile and may promote folliculogenesis in perimenopausal women.

NCT ID: NCT03947866 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hypercholesterolemia

Ezetimibe-Rosuvastatin Evaluation Study

ZEUS
Start date: September 30, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Evaluation of the efficacy of the stable ezetimibe-rosuvastatin combination in patients with primary hypercholesterolemia in achieving the target plasma LCL-C level.

NCT ID: NCT03947710 Recruiting - Clinical trials for End Stage Renal Disease

Effect of Protein Intake During Hemodialysis on Blood Pressure and Arterial Stiffness Indices

Start date: August 1, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Open label, randomized, cross-over clinical study comparing the acute effect of high versus low protein meals during dialysis on intradialytic blood pressure, 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure and arterial stiffness indices on maintenance hemodialysis patients.

NCT ID: NCT03944070 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Wet Macular Degeneration

Management of Patients With Neovascular Age-related Macular Degeneration Undergoing Cataract Surgery

Start date: January 1, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

To-date there have been only very few studies to examine the effect of cataract surgery to patients with wet age-related macular degeneration. The evidence on the effects of cataract surgery in such patients suggests improvement of their visual function and quality of life, but at the same time a subclinical susceptibility to macular edema and exacerbation of the choroidal neovascularization. Therefore it is highly important to identify the optimum treatment regime, pursuing the best anatomical and functional postoperative results.

NCT ID: NCT03937661 Recruiting - Infertility, Female Clinical Trials

Autologous Platelet-Rich Plasma Intra-ovarian Infusion in Poor Responders

PRP
Start date: May 6, 2019
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Autologous PRP intra ovarian infusion may improve ovarian response, patients' hormonal profile as well as fresh embryo transfer (ET)-ICSI cycles' outcome in patients presenting with Poor Ovarian Response (POR).

NCT ID: NCT03937154 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Chemotherapy-induced Thrombocytopenia

Study of Romiplostim for Chemotherapy-induced Thrombocytopenia in Adult Subjects With Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC), Ovarian Cancer, or Breast Cancer

Start date: February 26, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the efficacy of romiplostim for the treatment of CIT in patients receiving chemotherapy for the treatment of NSCLC, ovarian cancer, or breast cancer measured by the ability to administer on-time, full-dose chemotherapy
