Start date: December 15, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a chronic, immune-mediated, systemic disease affecting less than 1% of people with variations by parts of the world, and around 20%-30% of participants with psoriasis. Upadacitinib (RINVOQ) is approved drug for the treatment of adult participants with active PsA in Europe. Approximately 450 adult participants who are prescribed Upadacitinib by their physician in accordance with local label will be enrolled in 4 countries in Europe: France, Germany, Greece and Italy. Participants will receive upadacitinib as prescribed by their physician according to their routine clinical practice and local label. Participants will be followed for up to 24 months. There is expected to be no additional burden for participants in this trial. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic according to their routine clinical practice.

NCT ID: NCT05611931 Recruiting - Endometrial Cancer Clinical Trials

Selinexor in Maintenance Therapy After Systemic Therapy for Participants With p53 Wild-Type, Advanced or Recurrent Endometrial Carcinoma

XPORT-EC-042
Start date: April 18, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of selinexor as a maintenance treatment in patients with p53 wt endometrial carcinoma (EC), who have achieved a partial response (PR) or complete response (CR) (per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1 [RECIST v 1.1]) after completing at least 12 weeks of platinum-based therapy. A total of 220 participants will be enrolled in the study and randomized in a 1:1 ratio to maintenance therapy with either selinexor or placebo.

NCT ID: NCT05609968 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung

Study of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Monotherapy Versus Sacituzumab Govitecan in Combination With Pembrolizumab for Participants With Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) With Programmed Cell Death Ligand 1 (PD-L1) Tumor Proportion Score (TPS) ≥50% (MK-3475-D46)

Start date: February 6, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to compare pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in combination with sacituzumab govitecan with pembrolizumab alone with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors Version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR) among adults with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) tumor proportion score (TPS) ≥50%).

NCT ID: NCT05609578 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Metastatic Lung Cancer

Combination Therapies With Adagrasib in Patients With Advanced NSCLC With KRAS G12C Mutation

Start date: November 28, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Study CA239-0010 is an open-label, Phase 2 clinical trial evaluating the clinical efficacy of adagrasib in combination with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy in the first-line setting for patients with advanced NSCLC with TPS ≥ 1%, TPS <50% and KRAS G12C mutation

NCT ID: NCT05608291 Recruiting - Melanoma Clinical Trials

A Trial to See if the Combination of Fianlimab With Cemiplimab Works Better Than Pembrolizumab for Preventing or Delaying Melanoma From Coming Back After it Has Been Removed With Surgery

Start date: January 16, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study is researching an experimental drug called REGN3767, also known as fianlimab (R3767), when combined with another medication called cemiplimab (each individually called a "study drug" or called "study drugs" when combined) compared with an approved medication called pembrolizumab. The objective of this study is to see if the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab is an effective treatment compared to pembrolizumab in patients that have had melanoma removal surgery but are still at high risk for the recurrence of the disease. Pembrolizumab is an approved treatment in some countries in this clinical setting. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: - What side effects may happen from receiving the study drugs. - How much study drug is in the blood at different times. - Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects). Antibodies are proteins that are naturally found in the blood stream that fight infections. - How administering the study drugs might improve quality of life.

NCT ID: NCT05606419 Recruiting - Crohn Disease Clinical Trials

The Crohn's Disease Exclusion Diet With Early Dairy Introduction Plus Partial Enteral Nutrition for Crohn's Disease

CD-EDEN
Start date: January 10, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study aims to evaluate a novel diet for adult Crohn's disease patients (The Crohn's Disease Exclusion Diet - CDED). Some of the patients in this study will receive the CDED combined with partial enteral nutrition (PEN), the other group will receive PEN along with the usual nutritional care and the third group will follow the CDED with early introduction of dairy products, that were eliminated from the initial CDED protocol.

NCT ID: NCT05605288 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Coronary Artery Disease

Distal Versus Conventional Transradial Artery Access for Coronary Catheterization in Patients With STEMI

DR-STEMI
Start date: May 23, 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Recently, a novel distal transradial, through anatomical snuffbox, approach has been proposed for undertaking percutaneous coronary angiography and interventions. The existing literature has evaluated distal transradial access (dTRA) as a feasible and safe approach, with faster hemostasis, lower rates of periprocedural complications and reduced incidence of radial artery occlusion (RAO). Aim of the present study is to compare dTRA versus conventional TRA access in patients with STEMI undergoing coronary angiography and interventions regarding peri- and post-procedural characteristics.

NCT ID: NCT05605093 Recruiting - COVID-19 Clinical Trials

Strategies and Treatments for Respiratory Infections & Viral Emergencies (STRIVE): Shionogi Protease Inhibitor (Ensitrelvir)

Start date: December 23, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Treatments are needed to improve outcomes among patients hospitalized for COVID-19, including direct-acting antiviral (DAA) agents to mitigate the pathology driven by ongoing viral replication. This trial will evaluate S-217622 (ensitrelvir), an anti-SARS-CoV2 3C-like protease inhibitor (PI) developed by Shionogi &; Co. Ltd. The study design is a randomized, placebo-controlled, multi-center international clinical trial that will evaluate the clinical efficacy of ensitrelvir when given in addition to standard of care (SOC) for inpatients with COVID-19. The SOC will be determined by local established guidelines and may include additional DAA (e.g., remdesivir) and immunomodulatory treatment strategies. Certain SOC treatments will be pre-specified prior to randomization.
