There are about 25560 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Germany. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety and efficacy of NT 201 (active ingredient: Botulinum (neuro)toxin type A, free from complexing proteins) in the combined treatment of wrinkles in the upper face: Horizontal Forehead Lines [HFL], Glabellar Frown Lines [GFL], and Lateral Canthal Lines [LCL]). It is a prospective, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter study with a placebo-control main period (MP) followed by an open-label extension period (OLEX).
To evaluate the treatment effect of seladelpar on composite biochemical improvement in cholestasis markers based on ALP and total bilirubin and to evaluate the safety of seladelpar over 12 months of treatment compared to placebo
This study will assess the safety and efficacy of avutometinib (VS-6766) monotherapy or VS-6766 in combination with defactinib in subjects with recurrent Non-small cell lung cancer.
The main objectives of this study are 1. to establish the prevalence of SARS-CoV-2 in schools and kindergartens in the State of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in autumn and winter 2020/2021 2. to monitor the future spread of the disease by assessing serological responses to SARS-CoV-2 in teachers and childcare educators over time

This study evaluates the efficacy of orally administered deucrictibant for the acute treatment of attacks in patients with hereditary angioedema (HAE). Eligible subjects are randomized to one of three single doses of deucrictibant and placebo. The study will compare symptom relief (skin pain, skin swelling, abdominal pain) during HAE attacks and safety of each dose of deucrictibant with placebo.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the bioequivalence of an intravenous (IV) administration of the guselkumab formulation using UltraSafe Plus Passive Needle Guard (PFS-U) to create the IV solution versus the guselkumab formulation using Final Vialed Product (FVP) (IV) to create the IV solution.
In this non-interventional study (NIS) a polyamide non-absorbable suture (Dafilon®) will be evaluated for skin closure in adult and pediatric patients. The aim of the study is to collect clinical data on the performance of Dafilon® for skin closure. The results of this study will generate further clinical evidence for the use and the benefit of a non-absorbable surgical suture material produced from polyamide. Furthermore, the proactive collection of clinical data for Dafilon® suture will support the maintenance of the suture material on the market, so that in the future other patients can receive the suture material for skin closure.
A 38 week dosing trial of lonapegsomatropin, a long-acting growth hormone product, administered once-a-week versus placebo-control. A daily somatropin product arm is also included to assist clinical judgement on the trial results. Approximately 240 adults (males and females) with growth hormone deficiency will be included. Randomization will occur in a 1:1:1 ratio (lonapegsomatropin : placebo : daily somatropin product). This is a global trial that will be conducted in, but not limited to, the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Examination of the prevalence of thrombosis in COVID-patients, especially in an out-patient setting. Assessment by duplex sonography. If thrombosis is detected, we will correlate it with immunity status. Assessment of health issues and cognitive function as late complication after infection.
