NCT ID: NCT04310865 Suspended - COVID-19 Clinical Trials

Yinhu Qingwen Granula for the Treatment of Severe CoVID-19

Start date: November 2021
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

In December 2019, Wuhan, in Hubei province, China, became the center of an outbreak of pneumonia caused by CoVID-19, and the number of cases of infection with CoVID-19 identified in Wuhan increased markedly over the later part of January 2020, with cases identified in multiple other Provinces of China and internationally.Given no specific antiviral therapy for CoVID-19 infection and the availability of Yinhu Qingwen Granula as a potential antiviral Chinese medicine based on vivo antiviral studies in CoVID-19, this adaptive, randomized,double-blind,controlled trial will evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yinhu Qingwen Granula in patients hospitalized with severe CoVID-19.

NCT ID: NCT04278963 Suspended - CoVID-19 Clinical Trials

Yinhu Qingwen Decoction for the Treatment of Mild / Common CoVID-19

Start date: October 2021
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

In December 2019, Wuhan, in Hubei province, China, became the center of an outbreak of pneumonia caused by CoVID-19, and the number of cases of infection with CoVID-19 identified in Wuhan increased markedly over the later part of January 2020, with cases identified in multiple other Provinces of China and internationally. Given no specific antiviral therapy for CoVID-19 infection and the availability of Yinhu Qingwen Decoction as a potential antiviral Chinese medicine based on vivo antiviral studies in CoVID-19, this randomized,three-arm controlled, single-blind trial will evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yinhu Qingwen Decoction (Granula) in patients hospitalized with mild or common CoVID-19 respiratory disease.

NCT ID: NCT04252664 Suspended - COVID-19 Clinical Trials

A Trial of Remdesivir in Adults With Mild and Moderate COVID-19

Start date: February 12, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

In December 2019, Wuhan, in Hubei province, China, became the center of an outbreak of pneumonia of unknown cause. In a short time, Chinese scientists had shared the genome information of a novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) from these pneumonia patients and developed a real-time reverse transcription PCR (real-time RT-PCR) diagnostic assay. Given no specific antiviral therapy for COVID-19 and the availability of remdesvir as a potential antiviral agent based on pre-clinical studies in SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV infections, this randomized, controlled, double blind trial will evaluate the efficacy and safety of remdesivir in patients hospitalized with mild or moderate COVID-19.

NCT ID: NCT04222842 Suspended - Clinical trials for Myopic Choroidal Neovascularisation

CM082 in Patients With Myopic Choroidal Neovascularization (CNV)

Start date: December 18, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase I Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics and Preliminary Efficacy of Intermittent Oral Dosing of CM082 tablets in Chinese Patients With mCNV.

NCT ID: NCT04194476 Suspended - Clinical trials for Healthy and Unhealthy Neonates

Performance Study of Nova StatStrip® Blood Glucose Monitoring Test System on Neonatal Capillary Blood

Start date: January 1, 2025
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study is to determine the validity of Nova StatStrip® blood glucose monitoring test system including the Nova StatStrip® glucose hospital meter and test strips in measuring Chinese neonatal capillary blood glucose levels by evaluating how the results compare to those obtained from laboratory hexokinase method. The study results will be the basis for the regulatory submission and registration of the Nova StatStrip® glucose hospital meter and test strips in testing the neonatal capillary whole blood specimens to the China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA). Good clinical practice indicates that the performance of a point-of-care glucose monitoring test system be validated before clinical use. It is therefore important to perform a method comparison study to determine how the results obtained from a type of glucose monitoring test system compare to those from a laboratory hexokinase method.

NCT ID: NCT04185467 Suspended - Lung Neoplasms Clinical Trials

Lung Cancer Rehabilitation After Medical Treatment

Start date: December 5, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer death worldwide and associated with high disease burden, symptoms and poor health-related quality of life (HRQoL). Lung cancer is the most commonly diagnosed type of cancer in China (with rates rising due to the smoking incidence) and is the leading cause of cancer-related death. The burden is on patients, families, the healthcare system and society, and will continue to rise into the future. The full impact of this in China has not yet occurred. New strategies are urgently required to improve survivorship. This multi-site, assessor blinded, two-arm superiority randomised controlled trial, conducted at two hospitals in China, aims to test the effect of exercise rehabilitation, compared to usual care (no exercise rehabilitation) on HRQoL and functional outcomes in 150 patients treated for lung cancer. The primary hypothesis is that exercise rehabilitation will be superior to usual care, in improving HRQoL at 12-weeks (post program). Secondary aims include measuring the effectiveness of exercise rehabilitation, compared to usual care on function, physical activity, symptoms, mood, sleep and program costs. Faecal samples (500mg) will be collected before and after the intervention.

NCT ID: NCT04148742 Suspended - Clinical trials for Non-Hodgkin's B-cell Lymphoma

Assessing an Oral Bruton Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor, DZD9008 in Patients Who Have Non-Hodgkin B-cell Lymphoma (WU-KONG3)

Start date: August 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2

This study will treat patients with non-Hodgkin B-cell lymphoma who have relapsed from, refractory or intolerant to prior therapy. This study will help understand what type of side effects may occur with the drug treatment. It will also measure the levels of drug in the body and preliminarily assess its anti-cancer activity as monotherapy.
