There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The goal of this multicenter, randomized, double-blind, active control, non-inferiority clinical trial is to evaluate the efficacy of epinastine hydrochloride eye drops for the treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis using azelastine hydrochloride eye drops as a positive control in Chinese patients. The main question it aims to answer are: • Is the efficacy for of epinastine hydrochloride eye drops for the treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis non-inferior to azelastine hydrochloride eye drops?Participants will be randomly assigned to the test group or control group in a 1:1 ratio. The test group was treated with epinastine hydrochloride eye drops + azelastine hydrochloride simulating eye drops, and the control group was treated with azelastine hydrochloride eye drops + epinastine hydrochloride simulating eye drops, which were used twice a day for 14 consecutive days.
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about persistence of immunity of PCV13 in healthy population aged 2 months, 7 months-5 years. The main questions it aims to answer are the percentage of subjects reached the IgG level of ≥0.35 µg/mL, GMCs level for IgG antibody, and SAEs from one month to 12 months after the last injection.
Double-blind and placebo-controlled study on intervention effect of medium and long chain fatty acid triglyceride on glycolipid homeostasis in patients with metabolic syndrome and mechanisms
HA35 (Bioactive HA or B-HA or HA35) have good tissue permeability (B-HA injection, Ministry of Health, Registration number L20200708MP07707). HA35 might not lose HA's bioactivities of binding to a variety of hyaluronan's binding proteins or receptors, including the analgesic and anticancer effects of hyaluronan, therefore being named bioactive HA or B-HA (10) (B-HA injection, Ministry of Health, Registration number L20200708MP07707).
The goal of this observational study is to learn about the factors affecting the outcome (survival) of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in older persons in a hospital. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Whether age would affect outcome - Whether Charlson Comorbidity Index would affect outcome - Whether the conditions (e.g. heart rhythm) immediately before resuscitation would affect survival. Researchers would compare the patients who deceased with the patients who survived.
A multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial was designed. A total of 120 subjects were randomly assigned to two experimental groups (lowe-dose ZKY001 eye drops group,Medium-dose ZKY001 eye drops group) and a placebo control group, with 40 subjects in each group.
The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture and manual acupuncture in stimulating the scalp motor area for treating post-stroke wrist dyskinesia and its influence on the function of wrist movement-related active muscles. The main question it aims to answer is: which method of stimulating the scalp motor area is more effective in the recovery of wrist motor function after stroke? Participants will be given routine Western medicine treatment and acupuncture treatment on the hemiplegic side. In the manual acupuncture group, participants will be needled in the scalp motor area on the lesion side. The same acupoint was selected as the manual acupuncture group in the electroacupuncture group. The score of Chinese Stroke Scale (CSS), the score of the upper limb of the Barthel Index (BI), the active range of motion (AROM) of wrist joint, and the surface electromyography (sEMG) was used to measure the root mean square (RMS) of extensor carpi radialis longus, extensor digitorum, flexor carpi radialis and flexor carpi ulnaris on the hemiplegic side of the patients before and after the 3-week treatment period, respectively compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.
In this study, elderly patients with gastric cancer who underwent radical gastrectomy in Union Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from 2012 to 2018 were included as a derived cohort, and the training set and internal validation set were randomly divided by 4:1. Machine learning strategies of random forest, decision tree and support vector machine are used to construct survival prediction model. Each model was tested in an internal validation set and an external validation set consisting of patients from two other large medical centers.
