There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Parkinson's disease is the second most common neurodegenerative disease after Alzheimer's disease, the incidence of population over 60 years old in China is 1.37%, Parkinson's disease is often accompanied by various non-motor symptoms, such as salivation. Salivation can occur at any time in Parkinson's disease, with an incidence of 32% to 74%, often leading to social embarrassment, skin infections, bad breath, aspiration pneumonia, etc. This not only reduces the quality of life of patients, but also increases the burden on caregivers. Salivation can improve symptoms with botulinum toxin injections, medications, and non-drug treatments. Dihydroergot mesylate has been shown to be effective in the treatment of salivation in patients with Parkinson's disease, and this study will further observe the medium- to long-term efficacy of the drug on salivation symptoms.
This study is an open, exploratory clinical study. Eligible patients with advanced second-line gastric/gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma signed an informed consent form, were screened for enrollment, and were entered into Group A (non-immune retreatment group-patients who had failed previous first-line treatment with standard chemotherapy) and Group B (immune retreatment-patients who had obtained SD and above with best efficacy of previous first-line treatment with PD-1 antibody) based on whether they had received previous first-line treatment with PD-1 antibody. All patients received a combination of envafolimab and lenvatinib in combination with paclitaxel-albumin and were treated until disease progression, withdrawal of informed consent by the subject, loss to follow-up, and death, where treatment did not exceed 2 years. Clinical oncologic imaging assessments were performed using iRECIST every 8 weeks during treatment; safety assessments were performed using CTCAE 5.0, and adverse events were recorded throughout the study up to 30 days after the end of treatment.
The early NSCLC(Non-small cell lung cancer) patients with partial solid nodules mainly composed of solid components, whose maximum tumor diameter was ≤ 2.0cm and 0.5<CTR(Consolidation tumor ratio)<1, as indicated by preoperative thin slice CT, were selected as the study objects. The short-term and long-term effects of segmental resection and lobectomy under Thoracoscopy were compared to provide high-level evidence for the selection of surgical treatment methods for early NSCLC.
The goal of this observational study is to develop an automatic whole-process AI model to detect, quantify, and characterize plaques using coronary CT angiography in coronary artery disease patients. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Whether the AI model enables to detect and quantify coronary plaques compared with intravascular ultrasound or expert readers; 2. Whether the AI model enables to identify vulnerable plaques using intravascular ultrasound or optical coherence tomography as the reference standard. 3. Whether the AI model enables to predict future adverse cardiac events in a large cohort of 10,000 patients with non-obstructive CAD.
The incidence of placenta accreta spectrum disorders has shown an increasing trend worldwide due to the increase of cesarean section rate. Research on the outcomes of placenta accreta spectrum disorders primarily relies on retrospective analysis. The aim of this study was to establish a prospective, multicenter cohort in China in order to conduct further investigations on the clinical features, predictive capabilities, diagnostic methods, and pathogenesis of placenta accreta spectrum disorders.
The goal to this clinical trial is to study the effectiveness and safety of automitochondrial transplantation of urine derived stem cells(USCs) in in elderly patients with low prognosis after repeated IVF failure. The main questions it aims to answer are: (1)test the effectiveness and safety of automitochondrial transplantation of urine derived stem cells (2) establish intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI) mitochondrial transplantation platform Participants will be asked to:1)urine collections to further culture of autologous USCs 2)ovarian stimulation、trigger eggs、ICSI with autologous mitochondria 3)embryo transfer 4)accept pregnancy follow-up at given point
This study is a multicenter, open-label, extended study to evaluate the safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetics, and immunogenicity of SHR-1819 injection in adult subjects with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis who have previously participated in the SHR-1819 injection study for atopic dermatitis (defined as the main study, referred to as the main study hereinafter).
To explore the efficacy and safety of near infrared light therapy for Alzheimer's disease. Each subject will be numbered and their medical records will be established. The subjects will be randomly assigned to the treatment group or the control group for 30 minutes/day (5-6 days a week) for 4 months while the treatment group is active settings and the control group is sham settings.Follow-up visits will be conducted at 2 months, 4 months and 2 months after treatment. At each follow-up, scale assessment, blood, MRI, and EEG were observed
This study is a single-center, cross-sectional, and survey study. Through questionnaire surveys, information about the anxiety and depression status of residents of elderly care institutions in Zhejiang Province is collected. Through multi-factor analysis, the relevant influencing factors that affect their psychological status are clarified. The happy old age society provides reference opinions.
This is a multicenter, prospective cohort study. The osteoporotic patients requiring posterior lumbar interbody fusion(LIF) with cages are prospectively enrolled and followed up. The patients undergoing LIF with the biomechanical-matched 3D-printed titanium cages (Osteo Match) are compared with those using routine PEEK cages. The hypothesis is that the use of Osteo Match cages can reduce the rate of cage subsidence and increase the rate of lumbar fusion in osteoporotic patients.
