[68Ga]-NeoBOMB1 Imaging in Patients With Malignancies Known to Overexpress Gastrin Releasing Peptide Receptor (GRPR)

NeoFIND
Start date: July 3, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This was a Phase II, multi-center, open label, single dose study in patients with tumor types known to overexpress Gastrin-Releasing Peptide Receptor (GRPR), including breast, prostate, colorectal, Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) and Small-Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC).

NCT ID: NCT03714815 Terminated - Clinical trials for Heart Failure With Preserved Ejection Fraction and Pulmonary Vascular Disease

A Long Term Study to Find Out if Macitentan is an Effective and Safe Treatment for Patients With Heart Failure With Preserved Ejection Fraction and Pulmonary Vascular Disease

SERENADE OL
Start date: December 7, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this open-label (OL) extension trial is to study the long-term safety and efficacy of macitentan in subjects with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) and pulmonary vascular disease (PVD) beyond the treatment in the double-blind parent SERENADE study (AC-055G202, NCT03153111). Furthermore, this OL extension study will give eligible subjects of the main study (SERENADE/AC-055G202, NCT03153111) an opportunity to continue or start receiving macitentan.

NCT ID: NCT03697551 Terminated - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Define the Optimal Uptake Time of 68Ga-OPS202 When Used as a PET (Positron Emission Tomography) Imaging Agent in Subjects With Newly Diagnosed Breast Cancer

Start date: October 22, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this clinical research is to define the optimal uptake time of 68Ga-OPS202 as a PET imaging agent to be used to detect and localize breast cancer somatostatin receptor subtype 2 (SSTR2) positive lesions. 68Ga-OPS202 is a radiolabelled imaging agent to be used in association with PET. 68Ga-OPS202 is made of two main components: 1) OPS202, an antagonistic somatostatin analogue which binds to the somatostatin receptor (type 2) present on the surface of the tumor cells and 2) Gallium 68, a radioisotope that, combined with OPS202, can be seen in the PET scanner.

NCT ID: NCT03689244 Terminated - Clinical trials for Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension

A Study to Find Out if Selexipag is Effective and Safe in Patients With Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension When the Disease is Inoperable or Persistent/Recurrent After Surgery and/or Interventional Treatment

SELECT
Start date: January 23, 2019
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Selexipag is available in many countries for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Due to the similarities between PAH and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) and the observed efficacy of other PAH medicines in CTEPH, it is believed that selexipag could benefit to patients with CTEPH. This study aims to assess the efficacy and safety of selexipag in participants with inoperable or persistent/recurrent CTEPH.

NCT ID: NCT03672370 Terminated - Osteoarthritis Clinical Trials

Start date: March 24, 2015
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The study is a multicenter, prospective, non-randomized, non-controlled consecutive cohort post-market clinical follow-up study.

NCT ID: NCT03635112 Terminated - Crohn's Disease Clinical Trials

Efficacy and Safety of TD-1473 in Crohn's Disease

DIONE
Start date: November 19, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

A Phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of TD-1473 in subjects with moderately-to-severely active Crohn's Disease with up to 48 weeks of treatment.
