Filter by:The investigators will assess implementation of the proposed SMS protocol as a surveillance tool in patients at high risk of developing HCC in a prospective multicenter study.
Prospective phase 2a clinical trial to demonstrate proof-of-concept for simultaneous hyperpolarized [1-13C]pyruvate and 18F-FDG for positron emission tomography (PET) and MRS (magnetic resonance spectroscopy) in a PET/MR scanner in patients with cancer.
This is a phase I/Ib study of adoptively transferred T-cell receptor gene-engineered T cells (TCR-T) targeting tumor-specific antigens, with in vivo CD40 activation and PD-1 blockade, for patients with incurable cancers. The study design is a safety lead-in TCR-T with CD40/PD-1 (3+3), followed by Simon's Two-Stage expansion design, 80% power and 5% one-sided alpha: stage-one futility assessment at n = 10; stage-two assessment at n = 22, (accrual up to 24 to allow for potential study drop-out).
To assess the role of different combinations of (oncoplastic) surgery and radiotherapy techniques as risk factors for moderate to severe fibrosis and for moderate to poor cosmetic outcome.
This study will examine the effects of a six-month regimen of neoadjuvant lenvatinib in combination with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) prior to liver transplantation in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) beyond Milan Criteria. Clinical, outcomes, and exploratory data will be compared to a matched, retrospective cohort.
To investigate the efficacy and safety of sorafenib administered as later lines of treatment in patients with advanced HCC.
Locally Advanced Anal Canal Squamous Carcinoma Patients will be enrolled and given four cycles of neoadjuvant PD-1 antibody toripalimab combined with docetaxol and cisplatin, followed by radiotherapy and two cycles of concurrent toripalimab. Treatment outcomes and toxicities will be evaluated.
Study introduction: this is a multicenter, randomized controlled study of patients with histopathologically confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who have not previously received systematic treatment for HCC, all the patients are Chinese stage IIb/IIIa (BCLC stage B/C), and have not developed extrahepatic metastases. Follow-up, data collection and analysis will be performed for patients who meet the study inclusion criteria and will be treated with lenvatinib plus toripalimab and TACE (on demand) or TACE alone, so as to compare the objective response rate (ORR), overall survival (OS), progression-free survival (PFS), ratio of conversion resection, and safety between the two cohorts.
- Clinical Indication : Advanced adrenal cortical carcinoma after platinum-based chemotherapy - Trial Type : Single arm, prospective trial - Route of administration : Intravenous (pembrolizumab) and peroral (lenvatinib) - Treatment Groups : Single arm - Number of trial participants : 30
This clinical trial studies the feasibility of simulating forest therapy using humidified wood or fragrant oils, in improving immune cells, like natural killer cells, number and activity, and their downstream proteins, perforin and granulysin in patients with stage I-III breast or prostate cancer who completed chemo- and/or radiation therapy. The knowledge gained from this study may help cancer patients who have compromised immune systems and who also cannot participate in outdoor activities like exercise or forest walks.
