Filter by:This is a Phase 1 open-label, multi-center, dose-escalation study to evaluate the safety, PK, anti-tumor activity, and pharmacodynamic effects of SL-172154 administered by intratumoral injection in subjects with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) or squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN).
Open-label, dose escalation, multi-center, Phase I / II study to assess the safety of an autologous T-cell product (ET140203) in adult subjects with Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP)-positive/Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) A-2-positive advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
This is a Phase 2, open-label, multi-center, single arm study in subjects with advanced thymic carcinoma after failure of platinum-based combination chemotherapy. Subjects should have documented progressive disease while on platinum-based combination chemotherapy. If subjects discontinued platinum-based therapy due to reasons other than progressive disease, subjects should have completed at least 2 cycles of platinum-based combination chemotherapy before the commencement of documented progressive disease. Subjects will be treated with KN046 5 milligram per kilogram every 2 weeks.
This phase III trial compares the effect of adding nivolumab to the usual chemotherapy (cisplatin or carboplatin with gemcitabine) versus standard chemotherapy alone in treating patients with nasopharyngeal cancer that has come back (recurrent) or spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, carboplatin, and gemcitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving nivolumab with the usual chemotherapy may work better than the standard chemotherapy alone in treating patients with nasopharyngeal cancer.
This phase II trial studies how well cabozantinib and pembrolizumab work for the first-line treatment of patients with liver cancer who are not eligible for local therapy (i.e. advanced stage). Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some cell surface receptors and signaling pathways inside the tumor cells. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer. Giving cabozantinib and pembrolizumab together may work better in treating patients with advanced liver cancer compared to cabozantinib or pembrolizumab alone.
This is a first-in-human, open-label, multi-center, Phase 1/2, dose-escalation study with expansion cohorts to evaluate NM21-1480 for safety and immunogenicity, to determine the maximal tolerated dose and recommended Phase 2 dose, define the pharmacokinetics, to explore the pharmacodynamics, and to obtain preliminary evidence of the clinical activity in adult patients with selected advanced solid tumors.
This single center phase 1 trial will study the combination of nivolumab+ipilimumab with embolization in participants with renal cell carcinoma. The study will evaluate the safety of embolotherapy in patients with metastatic RCC receiving nivolumab+ipilimumab. The hypothesis is that the number of serious adverse events will be no greater than the number of serious adverse events for both therapies combined.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate if the addition of GSK3359609 to pembrolizumab in combination with 5FU-platinum based chemotherapy improves the efficacy of the pembrolizumab combination with 5FU-platinum based chemotherapy in participants with recurrent or metastatic (R/M) head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). This randomized, double-blinded, Phase II/III study will compare the combination of GSK3359609 with pembrolizumab and 5FU-platinum chemotherapy to placebo in combination with pembrolizumab and 5FU-platinum chemotherapy in participants with recurrent or metastatic HNSCC of the oral cavity, oropharynx, hypopharynx or larynx.
This study is a prospective open label, multicenter, phase II, window-of-opportunity preoperative, single-agent trial. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy, the safety and tolerability profile of bintrafusp alfa in patients with histologically or cytologically confirmed squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity, oropharynx, larynx or hypopharynx, previously untreated, with indication of primary surgery. Patients with a diagnosis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) from unknown primary will not be enrolled.
This study examines the safety and efficacy of using the Imvamune smallpox vaccine in the treatment of non-melanoma skin cancers (basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma).
