The purpose of this randomized controlled trial is to investigate the effects of epidural anesthesia and analgesia on the overall survival,disease-free survival and recovery in patients undergoing pancreatic cancer surgery. This study will also evaluate the effects of this technique on neuroendocrine, stress and inflammatory response in these patients.
Collect blood samples and associated clinical data prior to, during, and post radiation treatment.
Prognostic Importance of Quantitative Magnetic Resonance Imaging for Evaluation of Pancreatic Steatosis in Patients with Pancreatic Cancer
This prospective cohort, phase II, trial is studying induction chemotherapy combination, FOLFIRINOX regimen, consisted of oxaliplatin, irinotecan, leucovorin and fluorouracil (5-FU), for 4 cycles, followed by consolidation concurrent radiotherapy with capecitabine in non-progressed cases, in treating patients with locally advanced cancer pancreas.
