Patients with oligoprogression of metastatic breast cancer during palliative treatment that is amenable to local therapy will be included. The local ablative therapy (LAT) may consist of stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR), also known as stereotactic body radiation therapy, surgery or radiofrequency ablation (RFA).

The objective of this study is to determine to effect of PBM Ortho, a photobiomodulation device, in adult patients undergoing clear aligners orthodontic treatment. We hypothesize that PBM Ortho will reduced the orthodontic associated pain in the clear aligner patients. This effect will be evaluated by recording the pain on visual analog scale given to the patients before the placement of clear aligners and collecting saliva.

The purpose of the study is to study the efficacy of fetal endoscopic tracheal occlusion (FETO) in cases of severe congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH). This study will also collect safety and effectiveness data for the off-label use of the FETO Goldballoon (the balloon that will be inserted into the fetal trachea), manufactured by Balt medical. The investigators hope to study the risks and benefits of FETO in cases of severe CDH in an advanced medical center such as Lucile Packard Children's Hospital (LPCH) Stanford with access to advanced maternal-fetal medicine, neonatal services, and neonatal ECMO, and pediatric surgery.

The patients are being asked to take part in this clinical trial because they received cancer treatment as a child at St. Jude. The study comprehensively examines sleep among three distinct diagnostic groups of survivors in the SJLIFE cohort: ALL, CNS tumors, and non-CNS solid tumors. Primary Objective The primary aim of this protocol is to estimate the prevalence of various sleep disorders among long-term survivors of childhood ALL, CNS tumors, and non- CNS solid tumors. Exploratory Objective The exploratory objective of the study is to explore associations between the prevalence of sleep disorders and clinical outcomes collected in SJLIFE.
