Panic disorder(PD)is a disabling psychiatric condition associated with significant impairment in psychosocial, occupational functioning and quality of life, as mentioned by mogotsi et al. So, most patients with panic disorder suffers from the consequences of the impairment in occupational function. This impairment is not only individual problem, but also social one. Since productivity is very important item required to employees, lost productive time among workers with psychiatric illness should be reduced by the proper management. But few data were reported in this field by now.
The aim of the study is to investigate wether the adjuvant (postoperative) administration of acetazolamide can improve the surgical results after uvulopalatopharyngoplasty in patients with mild sleep apnea.
Large acute myocardial infarctions are the most frequent cause of subsequent systolic heart failure. Some evidence exists on the improvement after intracoronary administration of bone marrow cells in patients with a recente acute myocardial infarction. Although subgroup analyses suggest that patients with the largest myocardial infarctions have the largest increase in ejection fraction after intracoronary bone marrow administration, there is no published trial including only large myocardial infarctions. Therefor we sought to confirm the subgroup analyses by conducting a trial in only large first acute myocardial infarction patients.
There is some evidence for a hypercoagulable state in sleep apnea-hipopnea syndrome (SAHS), which could play a role in the increased cardiovascular morbility and mortality. Respiratory alterations (hypoxia, hypoxia- reoxygenation) and sleep fragmentation that these patients suffer during the sleep may induce modifications in clotting-fibrinolisis factors that may be a risk factor for venous thromboembolism (VTE). OBJECTIVES:To calculate and compare the prevalence of sleep apnea-hipopnea syndrome in patients with venous thromboembolism with a gender, aged and BMI matched control group. Assessment of the association between SAHS and other risk factors for VTE. To compare clotting- fibrinolisis patterns, sleep parameters, blood pressure and pulmonary arterial obstruction index in patients with SAHS and VTE and those ones without SAHS.
Objectives: - To screen population with high risk for breast cancer - To promote the concept and importance of surveillance mammography - To find out the incidence of breast cancer in population who are in high risk for breast cancer - To collect blood samples for molecular analysis
The purpose of this study is to analyze the safety and efficiency of therapeutic angiogenesis for patients with limb ischemia by transplantation of human cord blood mononuclear cells.
The purpose of this study is to determine the missing rate of capsule endoscopy using back-to-back capsule endoscopy.
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the efficacy and safety of donepezil on the recovery of cognitive function in patients with stroke and to delineate the neurophysiologic mechanisms of the therapeutic effect of donepezil on the recovery of cognitive network using functional neuroimaging technique.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of robot-assisted gait training on active walking in the patients with stroke.
The purposes of this study are to investigate the functional connectivity of motor network in patients of stroke and investigate the mechanism of brain plasticity for recovery after stroke.
