This is a prospective, single-arm, observational study capturing data from whole-body magnetic resonance imagining (WB-MRI) from up to 100,000 male and female subjects 18 years of age or older recruited at multiple clinical sites within the United States. Study subjects must meet a set of inclusion and exclusion criteria. Potential subjects arriving at the study sites will be evaluated for enrollment. It is the Principal Investigator's (PI) responsibility to enroll only subjects who satisfy the inclusion/exclusion criteria. Recruitment can occur by subject presentation at the sites for elective standard screening, word-of-mouth, flyers, healthcare professional (HCP) referrals, advertisement online, or any other means, subject to approval by the associated institutional review board (IRB) or ethics committee (EC) when applicable.

Abdominal Aorta Palpation With Point of Care Ultrasound Imaging Measurements

The goal of this observational study is to compare the measurements of abdominal aorta width via palpation and point of care ultrasound imaging in healthy individuals. The main question[s] it aims to answer are: - Is there a measurement difference in abdominal aorta width in healthy individuals as measured by palpation and point of care ultrasound imaging? - Are palpation measurements and point of care ultrasound imaging measurements reliable when performed by physical therapy researchers? Participants will be asked to have their abdominal area be palpated around the umbilicus and will have ultrasound imaging performed over their abdominal aorta area. It is anticipated participation in the study will take less than 15 minutes. Subjects will be asked to return for a repeat visit within 1 month to determine reliability of measurements.

The VASCULAID-RETRO study, within the broader VASCULAID project, aims to create artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms that can predict cardiovascular events and the progression of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) and peripheral arterial disease (PAD). The study plans to gather and analyze data from at least 5000 AAA and 6000 PAD patients, combining existing cohorts and retrospectively collected data. During this project, AI tools will be developed to perform automatic anatomical segmentation and analyses on multimodal imaging. AI prediction algorithms will be developed based on multisource data (imaging, medical history, -omics).

Prospective, Single-Arm, Multicenter Study to Evaluate the Effectiveness and Safety of Endovascular Treatment in Patients With Cerebral Aneurysms Using P64 and P48 Flow-Diverter Stents

The use of flow-diverting stents for the endovascular treatment of cerebral aneurysms has proven to be effective and efficient in several clinical studies, leading to its widespread adoption. Devices with a higher number of filaments have a greater flow-diverting effect and less variation when there are changes in the caliber of the underlying vessel or in curved vessels. However, ischemic complications secondary to their implantation have been reported, prompting the development of various strategies to reduce their thrombogenicity. Phenox is the only company to date that has developed an anti-thrombogenic coating, known as HPC (Hydrophilic Polymer Coating), which, when applied to the p64 MW HPC and p48 MW HPC devices, has shown to reduce the likelihood of thromboembolic complications associated with their implantation.

Pre-operative Screening of Functional Fragilities Before Open Aortic Surgery: a New Area

Aneurysmal or occlusive abdominal aortic pathology has seen its prevalence increase over the years despite the various cardiovascular risk factor management campaigns deployed. Currently, a large proportion of these aortic pathologies require effective and definitive treatment by open surgery. In fact, minimally invasive endovascular treatment, which can provide good results in certain cases, cannot be generalized simply and can even lead to sometimes incomplete treatments requiring even more complex secondary open surgery. The preoperative assessment before open aortic surgery is relatively well coded with cardiological and respiratory assessments in particular. However, the literature has so far never focused on the overall vision of the patient with a complete functional assessment which would make it possible to consider a specific preoperative fragility scale and would thus give practitioners corrective targets before such an intervention. in order to simplify the patient's post-operative journey by limiting complications. The investigators therefore propose to collect a certain number of elements already collected in standard care in a systematic and prospective manner in order to create a risk scale. All of these elements being modifiable, they should ultimately make patients more robust for such an intervention.

Registration Trial of the Intracranial Visualized Stent for the Wide-necked Intracranial Aneurysms:REBRIDGE

This trial was designed as a prospective, multicentre, open, non-inferiority, randomised controlled clinical trial, with the control devices being MicroVention's LVIS Intraluminal Support Device and LVIS Jr. Intraluminal Support Device. Approximately 200 subjects with intracranial aneurysms would be enrolled for stent-assisted coiling embolisation according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria specified in this trial protocol. Subjects were evaluated by mRS preoperatively, at the time of device implantation, at the time of discharge from the hospital, at 1 month (±7 days) postoperatively, at 6 months (±30 days) postoperatively, and at 12 months (±60 days) postoperatively; subjects would underwent DSA imaging at surgery and at 6 months (±30 days) postoperatively, and MRA or DSA imaging at 12 months (±60 days) postoperatively. Unplanned follow-up of the subjects would performed when necessary, and data would be recorded to evaluate the safety and efficacy of intracranial artery stent for stent-assisted coiling embolisation for the treatment of intracranial aneurysms.

The goal of this international, multicenter, mixed retrospective-prospective, exploratory, observational study is to establish an international registry to fill the knowledge gap created by the rarity of lenticulostriate and basilar perforator aneurysms and the resulting lack of knowledge about their natural history, diagnostic evaluation, management, and clinical outcomes. Specifically, comparative analyses of outcomes in patients with intracranial perforator aneurysms treated conservatively, endovascularly, and surgically will be performed. The study will also evaluate the size and location of lenticulostriate and basilar intracranial perforator aneurysms, collect information on the specific type of endovascular treatment used, compare patients with predominantly perimesencephalic subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) who have a perforator aneurysm to those without, and evaluate spontaneous occlusion in conservatively treated aneurysms. Core lab analysis of these aneurysms on various imaging modalities will be performed at the Inselspital and changes in aneurysm characteristics over time will be documented. In addition, the relationship between baseline characteristics and aneurysm characteristics on the incidence of hemorrhage will be examined. The study will involve approximately 20-30 centers worldwide with an estimated total sample size of 200-300 patients by 2025.

Safety and Efficacy of the Minimally Invasive Bentall Procedure Via a Small Right Intercostal Incision in Patients With Aortic Root Lesions

This study intends to include patients who had aortic root lesions and were treated with Bentall surgery from January 2019 to July 2023 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University. The patients will be divided into the minimally invasive group and control group according to the surgical methods: the former underwent minimally invasive Bentall surgery through a small right intercostal incision; the latter underwent traditional Bentall surgery through a median sternal incision. By comparing the clinical data of patients in two groups, we will investigate the effect and safety of minimally invasive Bentall surgery.
