Home And Locally Observed - Tracking (HALO-Trak)

HALO-Trak
Start date: January 30, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The goal of this observational study is to collect biometric, HRQoL, immune response and genomic data continuously and intermittently during and after chemo or immunotherapy for the generation of a complex dataset using a platform which can aggregate different types of data collected over a time period and, to test the potential for analysis within and across data sets with linkage to clinical outcomes. The framework will have capabilities to integrate data from electronic medical records (EMRs) such as Epic, as well as digital streams including sensor, genomic, imaging and pathology. Such a platform can realise the potential for machine learning (ML) methodologies to address important cancer outcomes.

NCT ID: NCT05894421 Recruiting - Advanced Cancer Clinical Trials

TQB2223 Injection in Combination With Penpulimab in Patients With Advanced Cancers

Start date: June 6, 2023
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

TQB2223 is a recombinant, fully humanized antibody that binds lymphocyte activation gene-3 (LAG-3) and blocks the LAG-3/ major histocompatibility complex class II (MHC-II) interaction, thus allowing for increased T-cell proliferation and cytokine production. This is a phase I study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) and effectiveness of TQB2223 injection in combination with Penpulimab in subjects with advanced cancers.

NCT ID: NCT05891171 Recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

Study of AB598 Monotherapy and Combination Therapy in Participants With Advanced Cancers

ARC-25
Start date: October 13, 2023
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The primary purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of AB598 when taken alone, and in combination with zimberelimab and standard chemotherapy in participants with advanced malignancies.

NCT ID: NCT05884788 Recruiting - Advanced Cancer Clinical Trials

Study of the Life Stories of Patients Making a Request for Euthanasia, in the Context of Advanced Cancer.

RECIFE
Start date: June 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study wishes to focus on the life course of patients, beyond the moments of suffering experienced at the time of the request for euthanasia. It is based on the perspective that the patient's account of his or her life course can be a source of information for better understanding and accompanying patients requesting euthanasia.

NCT ID: NCT05877430 Recruiting - Melanoma Clinical Trials

Safety, Tolerability, and Preliminary Efficacy of CJRB-101 With Pembrolizumab in Subjects With Selected Types of Advanced or Metastatic Cancer

Start date: September 11, 2023
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Study CJB-101-01 will be conducted at multiple centers in the USA and Republic of Korea as an open-label safety and preliminary efficacy study of CJRB-101 in combination with pembrolizumab in subjects with selected types of advanced or metastatic cancer. The proposed study intends to address the unmet medical needs of low response rate and refractoriness to immune checkpoint inhibitors typically observed in this subject population by performing assessments of response, dose limiting toxicities, pharmacodynamic, and the effect on microbiome biomarkers at different dose levels of CJRB-101 combined with pembrolizumab.

NCT ID: NCT05864144 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study of SNS-101 (Anti VISTA) Monotherapy and in Combination With Cemiplimab in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: May 31, 2023
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Phase 1/2 study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and efficacy of SNS-101, a novel anti VISTA IgG1 monoclonal antibody as monotherapy or in combination with cemiplimab in patients with advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT05859074 Recruiting - Melanoma Clinical Trials

A Study of MQ710 With and Without Pembrolizumab in People With Solid Tumor Cancer

Start date: May 4, 2023
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Participants of this study will have a diagnosis of a solid tumor cancer that has come back to its original location or spread beyond its original location (advanced), came back (relapsed) or worsened (refractory) after standard treatments, or no standard treatments are available for the participants' cancer. The purpose of this study if to find the highest dose of MQ710 that causes few or mild side effects in participants with a solid tumor cancer diagnosis.

NCT ID: NCT05853575 Recruiting - Metastatic Cancer Clinical Trials

Trial of Two Adagrasib Dosing Regimens in NSCLC With KRAS G12C Mutation (KRYSTAL 21)

Start date: February 1, 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study will evaluate the efficacy of two dosing regimens of adagrasib (600 mg BID versus 400 mg BID) in patients with NSCLC with KRAS G12C mutation.

NCT ID: NCT05812677 Recruiting - Cervical Cancer Clinical Trials

A Clinical Study on Oncolytic Virus Injection (R130) for the Treatment of Relapsed/Refractory Cervical and Endometrial Cancer

Start date: February 6, 2023
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

20 participants are expected to be enrolled for this open,Single-armed clinical trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the recombinant herpes simplex virus Ⅰ, R130 in patients with relapsed/refractory Cervical and Endometrial Cancer.

NCT ID: NCT05802420 Recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

The Value of Molecular Residual Disease Monitoring Based on ctDNA in Advanced or Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer

MAP-01
Start date: February 1, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical trial is to explore the value of molecular residual disease (MRD) monitoring based on ctDNA in advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer. The main questions it aims to answer are: - prognostic value of baseline MRD; - the role of MRD dynamic changes after treatment in guiding treatment. Peripheral blood derived from participants will be obtained for MRD test before first-line chemotherapy initiation and at the first imaging assessment after chemotherapy.
