A Data Collection Study for Patients With Adenocarcinoma Treated With the MyVaccx Immunotherapy Regimen.

A retrospective and prospective data collection study on 27 consecutive subjects with adenocarcinoma who were treated using the MyVaccx system by Dr. Gary Onik. Retrospective data were collected on the treatment with the immunotherapy system and prospective data will be collected as they are prospectively monitored through their normal standard of care for their original cancer.

Nivolumab and Ipilimumab in Mucinous Colorectal and Appendiceal Tumors

This is a single-arm phase II study of twenty-one subjects with mucinous adenocarcinoma of the colon, rectum, or appendix with prior systemic therapy with a fluoropyrimidine, oxaliplatin, and irinotecan. Treatment will consist of nivolumab 480mg every 4 weeks and ipilimumab 1mg/kg every 8 weeks until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or 2 years of therapy.

Analysis will be performed using data collected through the American College of Surgeons (ACS) National Surgical Quality Improvement Project (NSQIP) database, a national database with deidentified data entered by trained nurse data reviewers.
