- sinus rhythm patients with acute heart failure or acute myocardial infarction

Exclusion Criteria:

- pregnancy,allergy to epadel

Allocation: Randomized, Endpoint Classification: Efficacy Study, Intervention Model: Parallel Assignment, Masking: Open Label, Primary Purpose: Prevention
