NCT ID: NCT04658953 Completed - Clinical trials for Chronic Low-back Pain

Comparison of the Effectiveness of Ultrasound-guided Versus Radioguided Medial Lumbar Bundle Branch Block

Start date: January 6, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

In adults with chronic low back pain, the investigators will compare the effectiveness of the medial bundle branch block on three lumbar levels (L3-L4, L4-L5 and L5-S1) performed either by radiographic guidance or by ultrasound approach according to a transverse approach. The objective of this study will be to evaluate the benefit of these both procedures on pain, on the practice of daily activities and the incidence of adverse events in order to show whether the two modalities are equivalent.

NCT ID: NCT04657406 Available - Covid19 Clinical Trials

Expanded Access to Zofin for Patients With COVID-19

Start date: n/a
Phase:
Study type: Expanded Access

This expanded access protocol will provide access to the investigational product Zofin for patients in outpatient facilities infected with SARS-CoV-2 who have mild to moderate COVID-19, or who are judged by a healthcare provider to be at high risk of progression to moderate disease.

NCT ID: NCT04657276 Completed - Down Syndrome Clinical Trials

Turkish Adaptation of Segmental Assessment of Trunk Control Scale

Start date: June 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

In infants with Down syndrome at risk in terms of neurosensory motor development retardation, the level of trunk control can determine the level of trunk control towards motor development in infants with down syndrome. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to adapt the segmental assessment of trunk control scale to Turkish by evaluating the motor development in children with Down syndrome. It is the investigation of validity and reliability.

NCT ID: NCT04655755 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Myelodysplastic Syndrome

Venetoclax in Combination With ASTX727 for the Treatment of Treatment-Naive High-Risk Myelodysplastic Syndrome or Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia

Start date: January 19, 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of venetoclax in combination with cedazuridine and decitabine (ASTX727) in treating patients with high risk myelodysplastic syndrome or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia who have not received prior treatment (treatment-naive). Chemotherapy drugs, such as venetoclax, cedazuridine, and decitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.

NCT ID: NCT04655599 Terminated - Clinical trials for Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Effect of Olorinab on Gastrointestinal Transit in Patients With Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Start date: January 29, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

A Phase 1b study to determine the effect of oral olorinab on gastrointestinal transit in adult participants with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

NCT ID: NCT04654052 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Coronary Artery Disease

VerifyNow to Optimise Platelet Inhibition in Coronary Acute Syndrome

VERONICA
Start date: July 2, 2021
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

The objective of the study is to establish a de-scaling strategy of P2Y12 inhibitors (P2Y12 i) with a decrease in hemorrhagic events without increasing ischemic complications based on a Platelet Function Test (PFT).

NCT ID: NCT04653935 Active, not recruiting - Sjogren's Syndrome Clinical Trials

Pilot Feasibility Study of a Sjögren's Syndrome Self-management App

Start date: January 6, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study investigates the feasibility of a fully remote effectiveness evaluation of a self-management smartphone application for those with Sjogren's syndrome.

NCT ID: NCT04653909 Completed - CALFAN Syndrome Clinical Trials

The Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation in Calfan Syndrome

Start date: March 1, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Calfan syndrome is a progressive neurodegenerative systemic disease. It is a rare and difficult disease to diagnose due to the complex symptoms that occur over the years to postpartum. The aim of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of the physiotherapy and rehabilitation program in a rare case with Calfan syndrome.

NCT ID: NCT04652960 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Stage III Mycosis Fungoides and Sezary Syndrome AJCC v8

Duvelisib and Nivolumab for the Treatment of Stage IIB-IVB Mycosis Fungoides and Sezary Syndrome

Start date: October 21, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This phase I trial identifies the best dose, possible benefits, and/or side effects of duvelisib in combination with nivolumab in treating patients with stage IIB-IVB mycosis fungoides and Sezary syndrome. Duvelisib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving duvelisib in combination with nivolumab may work better than giving each of these drugs individually, or treating with the usual approach in patients with mycosis fungoides and Sezary syndrome.

NCT ID: NCT04650880 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
