Ovarian aging (OA) seriously affects the physical and mental health of women. Nowadays, Chinese herbs have huge appeal and potential in treating OA. We have created a new Chinese herbal combination Yijing Keli, whereas its safety and efficacy still need to be validated. Hence, we will perform a population-based, multicenter study to confirm the safety and efficacy of Yijing Keli in therapy of OA. We aim to provide a solid evidence for TCM in therapy of OA.

The purpose of this study is to look at the effectiveness, safety, and antitumor activity of study drugs MEDI4736 in combination with olaparib (modules 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7) and MEDI4736 in combination with olaparib and bevacizumab (module 6). It will also examine what happens to the study drugs in the body and investigate how well the combination between MEDI4736, olaparib and bevacizumab is tolerated.

Study of Pembrolizumab Plus Chemotherapy in Patients With Advanced Cancer (PembroPlus)

The Phase Ib and II cohorts will enroll patients with metistatic solid tumors. Phase II only will enroll the following patients: Patients with metastatic sarcoma to be enrolled in the following 4 arms: pembro plus gemcitabine, pembro plus gemcitabine and docetaxel, pembro plus gemcitabine and vinorelbine, and pembro plus liposomal doxorubicin. Patients with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma to be enrolled in the pembro plus gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel arm. Patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer to be enrolled in the pembro plus irinotecan arm. Patients with ER+ breast cancer to be enrolled in the pembro and vinorelbine arm. Patients with ovarian cancer to be enrolled in the pembroplus liposomal doxorubicin arm. Patients with metastatic TNBC (ER/PR/HER2 negative) to be enrolled in the pembro plus gemcitabine arm.

ABT-888 With Cyclophosphamide in Refractory BRCA-Positive Ovarian, Primary Peritoneal or Ovarian High-Grade Serous Carcinoma, Fallopian Tube Cancer, Triple-Negative Breast Cancer, and Low-Grade Non-Hodgkin s Lymphoma

Background: - The experimental cancer treatment drug ABT-888 works by preventing DNA repair in tumor cells. Cyclophosphamide is a cancer treatment drug that works by causing DNA damage in cells, including cancer cells, resulting in cell death. However, because cyclophosphamide has strong and unpleasant side effects, researchers are interested in finding drugs that can be given in combination with cyclophosphamide that will allow a lower dose of cyclophosphamide to be given with similar effects. The combination of ABT-88 and cyclophosphamide may be an effective treatment for some types of cancer, such as certain kinds of breast or ovarian cancer and non-Hodgkin s lymphoma that often do not respond to standard therapies. Objectives: - To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of ABT-888 and cyclophosphamide in ovarian and breast cancer and in non-Hodgkin s lymphoma that have not responded to standard treatments. Eligibility: - Individuals at least 18 years of age who have been diagnosed with (1) BRCA1/2 ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal or ovarian high-grade carcinoma, or fallopian tube cancer; (2) triple-negative breast cancer (not responsive to hormone-related therapy); or (3) low grade non-Hodgkin s lymphoma. Design: - Participants will be screened with a full medical history and physical examination, blood and urine tests, and tumor imaging studies. Participants will be divided into two groups with different treatment subgroups. - Group 1: Participants who have BRCA-positive ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal or ovarian high-grade serous carcinoma, or fallopian tube cancer - Participants will receive either the combination of ABT-888 and cyclophosphamide, or cyclophosphamide alone. - Participants will take the study drug by mouth once a day for 21-day cycles of treatment, and will keep a diary to record drug doses and any side effects. - Participants will have clinic visits with blood and urine tests, imaging studies, and other examinations on days 1, 2, 7, and 14 of cycle 1, and on the first day of all other cycles. - Group 2: Participants who have triple-negative breast cancer or non-Hodgkin s lymphoma - Participants will receive either the combination of ABT-888 and cyclophosphamide, or cyclophosphamide alone. - Participants will take the study drug by mouth once a day for 21-day cycles of treatment, and will keep a diary to record drug doses and any side effects. - Participants will have clinic visits with blood and urine tests, imaging studies, and other examinations on days 1, 2, 7, and 14 of cycle 1, and on the first day of all other cycles. - Participants receiving only cyclophosphamide who show signs of disease progression after tumor imaging studies can receive the combination of ABT-888 with cyclophosphamide. - Treatment will continue as long as participants tolerate the drugs and the disease does not progress.

Paclitaxel and CBT-1(Registered Trademark) to Treat Solid Tumors

Background: - Some cancer cells have a large amount of a protein called P-glycoprotein, which can pump certain chemotherapy drugs out of their cells. This pump may be part of the reason why it is difficult to shrink some cancers with chemotherapy. - In laboratory experiments, the drug CBT-1(Registered Trademark) blocked the P-glycoprotein pump, resulting in accumulation of higher amounts of chemotherapy inside the cancer cells, making the chemotherapy more effective. - Paclitaxel is a cancer drug that has caused tumors to shrink in many types of cancers, including lung, ovarian, breast, renal, cervical and others. Objectives: - To determine whether CBT-1(Registered Trademark) can block the P-glycoprotein pump on cancer cells and whether it inhibits the action of the pump found in normal blood cells and liver tissue. - To evaluate the effectiveness of combination therapy using CBT-1(Registered Trademark) and paclitaxel in treating solid tumors and to determine whether the two drugs together are more effective than paclitaxel alone. Eligibility: -Patients over 18 years of age who have a solid tumor that cannot be treated successfully with standard treatments. Design: -Patients receive CBT-1(Registered Trademark) and paclitaxel in 21-day cycles. Treatment continues for two cycles after all the cancer is gone, or until it is decided to surgically remove some or all of the remaining cancer, or until the cancer has grown to the point where it defined as progressive disease. For each cycle, patients take CBT-1(Registered Trademark) by mouth in three divided doses daily for 7 days. On day 6, paclitaxel is given through a vein over 3 hours. Blood tests are done before starting CBT-1(Registered Trademark) and repeated periodically throughout treatment. Imaging studies computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging (CT or MRI) are done every two cycles. In addition, for the first cycle only, patients undergo imaging of tumors and normal tissue with a 99mTc-sestamibi radionuclide scan before and after administration of CBT-1(Registered Trademark). This scan helps show how well the P-glycoprotein pump is being blocked by the treatment.
