A Phase 1, First-in-Human of KGX101 to Patients With Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

Start date: November 2, 2023
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a first-in-human, multicenter, Phase 1, open-label, dose-escalation study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), immunogenicity, and preliminary efficacy of KGX101, a tumor-activated interleukin 12 prodrug, as monotherapy in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT06074393 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Parkinson's Disease and Parkinsonism

Caregiving in Advanced PD: A Tailored Support Group

Start date: October 19, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this study is to understand how support groups can help people who care for individuals with Parkinson's Disease and Related Disorders (PDRD). The investigators want to find answers to these questions: - How do these support groups make caregivers feel? - Do these support groups help caregivers cope better and improve their quality of life? Participants in this study will join support groups where they can talk to other caregivers and learn from experts. These groups will meet every two weeks for four months, and there will be sessions on different topics like self-care, coping skills, and mindfulness. Caregivers will share their experiences and ask questions in these sessions. Information will be collected before and after the support group meetings using surveys. These surveys will help understand how the support groups affect caregivers. Things like caregiver burden, coping strategies, and overall well-being will be measured. The main goal is to reduce the burden on caregivers of people with PDRD and improve their quality of life. It is believed that these support groups can make a positive difference, and this study will help understand how they work.

NCT ID: NCT06073834 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for VAP - Ventilator Associated Pneumonia

LUNG INFECTION IN ICU (LUNG-I3)

LUNG-I3
Start date: November 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

objective of LUNG-I3 study is to assess the quantitative and functional differences in cells between blood and bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluid after an infection, with a special focus on alveolar macrophages and neutrophils

NCT ID: NCT06072326 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus With Diabetic Nephropathy

Ambrisentan Sotagliflozin and Prevention of Renal Injury; a Randomized Evaluation

ASPIRE
Start date: March 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this study is to test the hypothesis that sotagliflozin (SGLT1/2 inhibitor) and ambrisentan (ERA) combination therapy augments nephroprotection and mitigates fluid retention and ketogenesis in people with T1D through complementary and synergistic mechanisms of actions.

NCT ID: NCT06071429 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Limb-Threatening Ischemia

Bioresorbable Sirolimus-Eluting Scaffold Treatment for Below the Knee Disease

ELITE-BTK
Start date: January 1, 2025
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The objective of this prospective, single-blinded, randomized controlled trial is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the MAGNITUDE BRS System for the planned treatment of narrowed infrapopliteal lesions. Approximately 300 subjects will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio. The clinical investigation will be conducted at approximately 50 clinical sites internationally.

NCT ID: NCT06070558 Not yet recruiting - Healthy Clinical Trials

ChAracterization of Normal and Pathological moRphological Variations of the TEMporomandibular Joint by Real-time magnetIc reSonance Imaging

ARTEMIS
Start date: November 1, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The Real Time MRI Rapid Flash sequence is particularly interesting for the study of moving organs and joints. This sequence will make it possible to characterize normal and pathological temporomandibular joint movements by MRI.

NCT ID: NCT06069401 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Coronary Artery Disease

The MASTER-PACT Study

MASTER-PACT
Start date: January 1, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare non-invasive myocardial perfusion reserve (MRR) to invasively measured MRR in patients suspected for coronary artery disease (CAD). The main question it aims to answer is: • what is the correlation and agreement between non-invasive and invasive MRR. Participants suspected for CAD and referred for invasive coronary angiogram (ICA) will receive a [15O]H2O-PET and coronary CT angiography preceding ICA. During ICA, microvascular resistance measurements will be performed using thermodilution.

NCT ID: NCT06068829 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorders

Inebilizumab and Rituximab in Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorders

Start date: October 20, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

To compare the safety and efficacy of Inebilizumab and Rituximab in neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSD) patients.

NCT ID: NCT06067776 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Stage IV Lung Cancer AJCC v8

Osimertinib, Cetuximab, and Tucatinib for the Treatment of EGFR-Mutant Stage IV or Recurrent Non-small Lung Cell Cancer

Start date: January 1, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of osimertinib, cetuximab, and tucatinib in treating patients with EFGR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer that is stage IV or has come back (recurrent). Osimertinib and tucatinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Cetuximab is a chimeric human/mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody that targets epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), a receptor overexpressed in many types of cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving osimertinib, cetuximab, and tucatinib may work better in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
