The aim of this research is to design a randomized controlled clinical study, which is based on HLA matching rate to guide tacrolimus regimen. In this study, the possibility of tacrolimus regimen guided by HLA matching rate will be explored, the occurrence rate of GVHD and rejection reaction will be observed, and the occurrence time and degree of adverse reactions caused by immune inhibitors will be identified. In the meantime, providing a possible prospect for prevention of GVHD and reduction or removal of immune inhibitors.
Light influences on human movement, autonomic nervous system, and emotion. It is inconclusive whether illuminance (Ev) and colour temperature (Tc) is appropriate to human movement, autonomic nervous systme, and emotion. Effect of Ev and Tc on responses of movement, autonomic nervous system, and emotion in human is investigated.
This study evaluates the efficacy and safety of Udenafil dosed once a day in patients with erectile dysfunction after bilateral nerve-sparing radical prostatectomy.
Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), which infects about 50% of the global population, has been recognized as a main risk factor of multiple gastric pathologies, especially non-cardiac gastric cancer. Strongly evidence supports that H. pylori eradication is an effective approach to reduce the incidence of those pathologies.
Acute kidney injury (AKI) affects approximately 20% of hospitalized patients and up to 67% of those admitted to an intensive care unit (ICU), making it among the most common organ dysfunctions among the critically ill.Major adverse cardiac events (MACE) after non cardiac surgery are a leading cause of morbidity and mortality. The reported incidence of postoperative myocardial infarction (POMI) among patients undergoing noncardiac surgery is between 3% and 6%.The aim of this study is to Identify the impact of acute kidney injury on the development of myocardial injury after non cardiac surgery and to correlate it with other risk factors of for MINS.
Un-ruptured intracranial aneurysm is a complex disease that seriously affects human life and health. At present, the treatment of intracranial aneurysm is divided into interventional treatment and craniotomy clipping, the two treatment methods are different in the intervention effect of aneurysm, for example, the complications of interventional therapy are lower than craniotomy clipping, but the long-term patency rate is lower than craniotomy clipping, and there is no standard of treatment in different parts of aneurysm in our country, the choice of intervention measures of un-ruptured aneurysm is different in different clinical centers; on the other hand, there are serious problems in the treatment of aneurysms, because without the relevant guidelines of diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysms, different clinical centers will cause excessive treatment of un-ruptured aneurysms, not only bring unreasonable utilization of medical resources, but also cause the subject's life and property to be threatened. The patients with un-ruptured intracranial aneurysm(n=1500) were included in prospective cohort study, after clipping and intervention operation, setting fixed time for postoperative follow-up, the clinical data and image data were recorded, the safety, efficacy and economic benefits of interventional treatment and craniotomy clipping were compared, providing strategies for the standardized treatment of un-ruptured intracranial aneurysms.
A recent review demonstrated that Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) affects 10-35% of the adult population worldwide, with the prevalence approaching 85-100% in obese populations. Current standard treatment for liver reduction before surgery is the use of a very low calorie liquid diet (VLCLD). Multiple studies have shown that a 2-4 week diet with a VLCD will reduce liver volume, in preparation for surgery. Omega-3 (Ω-3) polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) have been suggested as a treatment for NAFLD. The primary aim of this study is to compare Ω-3 PUFAs and a VLCLD and their effect on left lobe live size before bariatric surgery.
CPR will be done based on American Heart Association Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (2015) and Emergency Cardiovascular Care of Pediatric and Neonatal Patients.
This is a multi-center, prospective, non-interventional study. Eligible newly diagnosed elderly multiple myeloma (MM) patients will receive comprehensive geriatric assessment (cGA) including ECOG scale, questionaires of ADL(activities of daily living), IADL(instrumental ADL),MNA-SF(mini-nutritional assessment), GDS(geriatric depression scale), MMSE(mini-mental state examination), SF-36 and CCI (charlson comorbidity index). Patients will get standard care for MM and receive the above assessments at baseline and after cycle 1, 4 and 12 for treating MM.Follow-up information and survival data of these MM patients would be collected. We would evaluate the cGA status of these newly diagnosed elderly MM patients and investigate the association of cGA parameters with patient's survival.
