FAZA PET/MRI Pancreas

This is a single arm, single centre, investigator initiated study to investigate the use of FAZA-PET in combination with MRI. FAZA is an investigational radiotracer used in PET scans. FAZA PET-MRI will be used to measure hypoxia in up to 20 patients with unresectable, non-metastatic, locally advanced un-resectable pancreatic adenocarcinoma (LAPAC). After each FAZA PET-MRI scan, patients will be followed up via telephone, 48 hours after the imaging session to assure that the procedure was tolerated without side effects. Patients will undergo a FAZA PET-MRI scans before and after their standard of care radiation treatment.

Brachytherapy With Durvalumab or Tremelimumab for the Treatment of Patients With Platinum-Resistant, Refractory, Recurrent, or Metastatic Gynecological Malignancies

This phase II trial studies the side effects and how well brachytherapy with durvalumab or tremelimumab work for the treatment of gynecological malignancies that is resistant to platinum therapy (platinum-resistant), does not respond to treatment (refractory), has come back (recurrent), or has spread to other places in body (metastatic). Brachytherapy, also known as internal radiation therapy, uses radioactive material placed directly into or near a tumor to kill tumor cells. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab and tremelimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This trial is being done to see whether brachytherapy with durvalumab or tremelimumab works better in treating patients with gynecological malignancies.

Primary Objectives: Doublet Cohort Part 1 (safety run-in): To assess the tolerability and to confirm the recommended dose of tusamitamab ravtansine in combination with ramucirumab in the NSQ NSCLC population. Part 2: To assess the antitumor activity of tusamitamab ravtansine in combination with ramucirumab in the NSQ NSCLC population. Triplet cohort To assess the tolerability and to confirm the recommended dose of tusamitamab ravtansine in combination with ramucirumab and pembrolizumab in the NSQ NSCLC population. Intestinal Inflammation in CF Patients

Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is a disease that affects salt and water transport in multiple organs. Many CF patients suffer from abdominal pain and this could be due to intestinal inflammation. However, so far we do not know how many of the CF patients actually do have intestinal inflammation when looking at intestinal specimens. There is a proven connection between chronic inflammation and developing colorectal cancer and over the years more CF patients are developing colorectal cancer. Thus, it becomes increasingly important to look for the presence of intestinal inflammation in CF patients since early treatment may improve their symptoms and reduce the risk for colorectal cancer.
