Pembrolizumab Monotherapy Following Tri-modality Treatment for Selected Patients With Muscle-invasive Bladder Cancer

Start date: December 7, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase II, single-arm, study of pembrolizumab as maintenance therapy in muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) participants who have received maximum TURBT and tri-modality treatment (TMT) and achieved CR. All participants will receive pembrolizumab monotherapy per 21 days no longer than 17 cycles until disease progression or death.

NCT ID: NCT05072522 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumors

A Study of SKLB1028 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumor

Start date: October 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic characteristics and preliminary efficacy of SKLB1028 in patients with advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT05072327 Recruiting - Eyelid Tumor Clinical Trials

Mohs Surgery Combind With Cryotherapy for Eyelid Malignant Tumors.

Start date: October 15, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study aim to investigate whether the prognosis of eyelid malignant tumor is better treated with Mohs surgery combind with cryotherapy than Mohs surgery only.

NCT ID: NCT05072106 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumor

Study to Evaluate the Effect of Bosentan on the Pharmacokinetics of Lurbinectedin in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: January 14, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Prospective, open-label, two-way crossover, phase Ib drug-drug interaction study in patients with advanced solid tumors. The study consisting of two lurbinectedin cycles, one cycle in combination with bosentan and one cycle as single agent (in different order depending on the study sequence), and one additional third cycle of lurbinectedin as a single agent for patients who meet the continuation criteria and obtain a clinical benefit after the first two cycles.

NCT ID: NCT05071846 Withdrawn - Solid Tumor, Adult Clinical Trials

MVX-ONCO-2 in Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: September 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

MVX-ONCO-2 is a patient-specific, cell-based, active immunotherapy where the participant's immune response to their own tumor cells is stimulated and/or increased. MVX-ONCO-2 is composed of a cell suspension of irradiated autologous tumor cells and two capsules loaded with allogenic genetically modified cells releasing an immunomodulator, granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF). MVX-ONCO-2 is an evolution of MVX-ONCO-1, which was approved for clinical investigation under the same category in a phase I and a phase II clinical trials. The objectives of the trial are to investigate the safety, tolerability and signals of efficacy of MVX-ONCO-2 in participants with advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT05071209 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Refractory Malignant Solid Neoplasm

Elimusertib for the Treatment of Relapsed or Refractory Solid Tumors

Start date: December 22, 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase I/II trial tests the safety, best dose, and whether elimusertib works in treating patients with solid tumors that have come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Elimusertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

NCT ID: NCT05071183 Terminated - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumor

A Study of Repotrectinib in Combination With Other Anticancer Therapies for the Treatment of Subjects With KRAS-Mutant Solid Tumors

Start date: September 23, 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

A Phase 1b/2 Study of Repotrectinib in Combination with Other Anticancer Therapies for the Treatment of Subjects with KRAS-Mutant Advanced Solid Tumors (TRIDENT-2)

NCT ID: NCT05069935 Terminated - Solid Tumor, Adult Clinical Trials

FT538 in Combination With Monoclonal Antibodies in Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: October 15, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 1 dose-finding study of FT538 in combination with monoclonal antibodies.

NCT ID: NCT05068687 Completed - Clinical trials for Head and Neck Neoplasms

Peroperative Assessment of Malignancies of the Head and Neck Using High-resolution 18F-FDG-PET/CT

Start date: August 28, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

In this study, patients diagnosed with a pathology-proven malignancy of the head and neck will receive a routine clinical activity of 18F-FDG ((18)F-luorodeoxyglucose) before undergoing standard of care surgical resection of the malignancy. Following the resection, the 18F-FDG-infused malignancy will be investigated utilizing a novel high-resolution Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and Computed Tomography (CT) scan. Slicing of the malignancy will be followed by additional PET/CT-scanning and autoradiography of the sliced specimen. The results found during image analysis will be compared to the results of the gold standard of histopathology. As this is no approved way of assessing the tumour's margin, the conclusion of the scan will not be used as a method for changing the patients' treatment.

NCT ID: NCT05068583 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Pediatric Solid Tumor, Unspecified, Protocol Specific

Liquid Biopsies in Pediatric Solid Tumors

Start date: May 8, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study is being done to determine if traces of tumor can be found in the blood before, during, and after patients stop treatment. We will analyze the tumor material to see if it is similar to tumor tissue and if the tumor material in blood is helpful in monitoring the disease.
