NCT ID: NCT05322486 Recruiting - Neoplasms Clinical Trials

Palliative Primary Tumor Resection in Minimally Symptomatic Patients With Colorectal Cancer and Synchronous Unresectable Metastases

Start date: October 29, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Currently, the question remains whether palliative primary tumor resection could improve overall survival of minimally symptomatic patients with colorectal cancer and synchronous unresectable metastases. The aim of this study is to determine if there is an improvement in overall survival of palliative primary tumor resection followed by chemotherapy in minimally symptomatic patients with colorectal cancer and synchronous unresectable metastases compared to those of upfront chemotherapy/radiotherapy alone.

A Phase 1,Open-label Study of BPI-421286 in Subjects With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: August 24, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Evaluate the safety and tolerability of BPI-421286 in adult subjects with advanced solid tumors. Estimate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or a recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) in adult subjects with advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT05315167 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumor

A Phase I/II Study to Evaluate the Safety, Pharmacokinetics and Efficacy of PRJ1-3024 in Subjects With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: May 30, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter, open-label study to assess the safety and preliminary efficacy and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or maximum administration dose (MAD) and recommended Phase 2 doses (RP2D) of PRJ1-3024 in subjects with relapsed/refractory solid tumors. The study consists of two parts, one is a 3+3 dose escalation study and another is a pharmaceutical extension of RP2D.

NCT ID: NCT05314803 Recruiting - Young Adult Cancer Clinical Trials

Yoga for Young Adults Affected by Cancer

Start date: September 1, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Yoga may enhance physical and psychological outcomes among young adults affected by cancer. Yet, yoga has rarely been studied in this population. We developed and piloted a yoga program, which is now ready for implementation and evaluation. This single-group, mixed-methods project will explore effectiveness and implementation of the yoga program.

NCT ID: NCT05313724 Recruiting - Gynecologic Cancer Clinical Trials

Mind-body Online Therapy in Gynecological Oncology

Start date: July 1, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

In this randomized-controlled two-arm monocentric study with three measurement time points, the effectiveness and feasibility of an internet-based, therapist-guided mind-body self-help intervention for gynecological cancer patients with primary diagnoses is examined. Different modules (e.g., relaxation, mindfulness, stress management, disease management, nutrition and exercise behaviors) with a mind-body focus are available for the patients. The goal of the intervention is to improve or maintain the quality of life.

NCT ID: NCT05308771 Recruiting - Lung Diseases Clinical Trials

To Investigate the Use of a New Syringe "Visual Pressure Control (VPC)" for Epidural Anesthesia in Children Surgery

Start date: March 25, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Pediatric epidural anesthesia has emerged as a safe and effective regional anesthesia technique for providing intraoperative and postoperative analgesia in thoracic and abdominal surgery. The loss of resistance technique is the gold standard for the placement of the epidural. The VPC (visual pressure control) syringes developed by PAJUNK enable direct visualization of the introduction of the needle into the epidural space.
